: KIND ATTENTION – DAINIK JANWANI TEAM : LEGAL COMPLAINT TO BE INITIATED FOR NOT RECEIVING RENUMERATION FOR MY ARTICLES PUBLISHED IN MAY & JUNE 2012 IN DAINIK JANWANI : This is to bring to your kind attention that I have not received the remuneration for my two articles published in your magazine 'Dainik Janwani' during May & June 2012. I was assured by the Editor Mr. Sachin Srivastava to whom I had submitted the articles that by July I will receive my honorarium. However after that there has been no correspondance or update on this matter from your magazine.
In Feb 2013 I got to know that Mr. Sachin Srivastava is no longer the Editor of Dainik Janwani. Therefore I put forward my complaint to Mr. Yashpal Singh, the current Editor for Dainik Janwani. Again I was told, almost 15 days before, that I will get the remuneration for the articles and yet again niether the money nor any update regarding it has reached me. I would hereby like to inform you with all due respect that for this deception I intend to take following actions –
1. Make a complaint to the 'Indian Press Council'
2. File a case against 'Dainik Janwani & The Team' under the laws governed in such matters
3. Publicly make a mockery of your magazine so that no young writer like me is harassed
This complaint has also been mailed 8 days before to the only email id available on the website of Janwani, that is, [email protected] and yet no reply has been received. To make things worse now the phone number given on the website is also not available. I WOULD REQUEST EVERYONE TO SHARE THIS MSG AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, IF YOU FEEL THAT THIS IS INJUSTICE & MISUSE OF TALENT
