Sir, This is to inform you that in may 2010 i book a flat in noida extension devika gold homz project.but after loan approval insted of accepting payment builder have cancel my flat without any reason sir builder have deducted 1.20 lakh from my principal amount although builder is earning 15 lakh on every cancellation.
if i could not get the home i never build my own home in my life and i am residing on rent. kindly look into the matter very seriousely.

Sir in the month of Feb-12 when Noida extension was blocked completely i have trust on you . And i have taken personnel loan for making payment of 2.10 lac.Because i was confident that time you would deliver me own house.
Now my home loan is approved and i am seeing towards you with high hope .you will fullfill my dream of getting my own house. Sir kindly understand my situation, i am running out of liquidity,Kindly give me rebate from the imposed intrest.if any type of concession is not possible from your side .then kindly save my house my loan is approved and add the required amount int basic cost.or if possible in 6 month or at the time of possession i will pay you in cash. Three year before when nothing was there i have seen a dream of my house with you.Do not break it.

Sir, On Monday i visited to the devika corporate office and met with Mr Krishna,i request him to release NOC for loan reimbursement as soon as possible and they should make a demand from bank because my loan is already approved.
SIR/MADAM, This is to inform you on may2010 i book my flat that time broker have assured me if i would book my flat i need not to pay any amount in 2 years because builder will not commenced construction before that period that time my flat costs apex 15 lac Rs.
In Feb 2011 builder have singed allotment latter with me,and flat cost exceeds to apex 18 lac according to that latter one have fails to pay down payment plan of flexi plan in that condition construction linked plan will be applicable.
In 24 Oct 2011 due to farmars agitation all construction work was stopped there. in nov2011 compnay have sent me a demand latter with zero intrest. In 15 Nov.2011 compnay have issued a emotional appeal to pay 10% more,in that time i have paid 2.5 lac rs to the company.
rest of the payment would be paid by home loan but that time project was not approved. In march 2013 i have received demand latter with 2.83 lac intrest and finally 15 July i have received a cancellation latter.
Sir this is to inform you before three years i have seen a dream of my own house with devika that time supertach was offering 2bhk in 7 lac at meerut now everybody get the possession and that flat costs 40 lac.
Sir i have been associated with you for a long time even i have also suffer a lot.a buyer and builder relationship should be genuine because builder fulfils our desire of our dream house.that relationship should be long lasting. Sir i request u kindly provide noc to my bank (although my loan is already approved) so that i can pay my demanded amount.
