बृजेश निगम ऐसे शख्स का नाम है जो लगातार आरोपों और विवादों से घिरा रहता है. एक बार फिर बृजेश निगम विवादों में हैं. शिखा शर्मा नाम की एक महिला ने आरोप लगाया है कि बृजेश निगम ने उन्हें धोखा दिया है. उनके घर में किराए पर रहने आया बृजेश निगम उन्हें कई तरह के सपने और झूठे आश्वासन देकर उनका करोड़ों रुपए हड़प लिया. अब जब उसके वादानुसार पैसे वापस मांगे जा रहे हैं तो बृजेश निगम उनके तथा उनके परिवार को फंसाने का काम कर रहा है.
शिखा शर्मा का आरोप है कि बृजेश निगम ने पहले देश लाइव चैनल में उनके पैसे इनवेस्ट कराए, जब इस चैनल के हेड मधुरशील से उसकी अनबन हो गई तो उसने 'द न्यूज' नाम से नया चैनल खोला. इसमें भी उन्हें डाइरेक्टर बनाने का आश्वासन दिया गया. पर जब कुछ दिनों बाद सच्चाई सामने आई तो उनके पैरों तले जमीन खिसक गई. उन्हें इस चैनल में कोई पद नहीं दिया गया. इसके बाद जब उन्होंने अपने पैसे वापस मांगे तो उन्हें तथा उनके पुत्र को फंसाने की साजिश रची जाने लगी. उन्हें धमकी दी जाने लगी. उन्होंने बृजेश निगम की धोखेबाजी के संबंध में एक पत्र भी भेजा है….

Mr. Brajesh Nigam who came to us on 6/jan/2012 as a paying guest. Then he said to me {Mrs. Shikha Sharma} that he is starting a news channel named Desh live. and I need some finance for the start up which is 60 lakh. The agreement between us for this finance as per this.
1. the money will be repaid to us before Holi {2012}.
2. Mrs. Shikha Shama will get the Directorship of the news channel and the 25% share in the revenues of advertisement.
3. Three members of the family will get a job in the chnnel.
after this conversation what happened is, Mr. nigam had a dispute with Mr. Madhursheel who was another partner in this venture. Then Mr Madhursheel left the channel and the venture. then Nigam changed the name to The NEWS instead of Desh live. after this he has given an Id card to Mrs Shikha with the designation of Director {TN No786002} valid till 4 June 2013. when Mrs. Shikha said to him make a valid agreement of this venture he presented an agreement without disclosing the rite amount of money From Jhansi UP. After all this he again asked for additional 80lakh rupee to onair the channel which will be return till 20 october after the channel goes onair at 16 october. again after this he asked for 60 lakh in the october which also given to him in the hope of our rising stake in the channel and earnings will surely start in near future. whenever Mrs. Shikha goes to the office there is no response from Mr. nigam's side to her. Soon they got to know that in the record of the channel Mrs. Shikha have nothing registerd on her name not even the Directorship. now he has shifted all the setup of the channel from the previous location {E42 okhla phase 2 New Delhi} to unknown location without our concern I have given given this money by mortgaging my house. I have no income sorces. so please help me to get justice in this case so that I could be able to save my mortgaged house.
