Dear Sir, Airtel is charging me Rs 75 extra in my bill in the form of Free incoming roaming. The same add on service has been charged twice : 8th Nov to 7t Dec and 14th Nov to 7th Dec. As per the customer care, they say that since I did a change in my rental plan, the service was deactivated and was again reactivated by me. My question is that when I have paid a rental for a full month till 7th of December, how can they charge the same again?
PFA my bill for your reference. The Password for the bill is nja0. I am not bothered about this Rs 75/-. I am more interested in proper billing.
