Dear Sir/Madam, This is to bring in your notice that these days Big/Food Bazaar the brand name is selling expired products (like Curd of Mother Dairy) which I would have given to my kid then god knows what would have happened. Even after my complaint logged under the page number 73 of their complaint/suggestion book, no serious action was taken (Have photos to support because they were not giving any receipt for my complaint.). Also, when you ask them to get the Manager, they bring any senior any person and starts negotiating. After long discussion they connected me to so called Manager who was busy in packing his bags (not really sure but as told by him) and instead of addressing my issue left for his home.
Again today, found cockroach embedded in the Butter (Nutrela) and again they were unable to pacify my request of lodging the complaint accordingly. Have tried with various other means and news channel numbers provided over the Internet but no one responded. Being a responsible citizen I would request you to highlight this incident through your news channel to increase awareness among st the common people and set the lesson for these Big/Food Bazaar. I would be really grateful if with your help I can add this little information for society towards its betterment and set an example for these money makers.
