Dear Mr. Chief Minister, I have written letters to you earlier also regarding campeign of "Power to change India" in mumbai , spreading superstions in the society, provoking conversion and denying other ways of worshiping the god. You have not responded till date now even for the acknowledgement.
Anyhow, I have written complaints to your cyber cell mumbai on 24/11/201 3. Afetr couple of days I tried to contact them & found the number is not working. Then I enquired at 100 no. And came to know that the phone number given at cyber cell's website is wrong. This is first comedy at cyber cell.
After few reminders I contacted to the cyber cell over phone and their officer told me that cyber cell is not accepting any complaint by email and person has to visit their office. This is second funny thing that being a cyber cell person has to visit the cyber cell office physically.
They suggested me to visit BKC office of cyber cell for quick response. Please note that no details of this office of cyber cell is available at any of your official websites. This is the third funny thing. Then I visited this BKC office and they accepted my hard copy application on 3rd december 2013. Till this time no action taken by cyber cell office. This is fourth funny thing.
I called Cyber cell BKC office on 5th december 2013 to understand the status, they said that it is forwarded to kurla pilice station as I am resident of kurla. This is fifth funny thing I Experienced.
Then I Visited kurla police station on 6th december 2013 and invested my 3 hours to give my statement and request to close down web site and toll free no. Involved in this activity and I have been told that the complaint will be forward to railway police as I saw the poster of the advertisement from power to change india in railway premise first. This is the most funniest thing I have seen in your government Mr.CM.
Till date for last 15 days, no action by cyber cell on the complain on this serious matter. You have applied antisupersition ordinance but your execution is doubtfull, inefficient, helping the criminals and troubling the comman man to get justice.
Hope, you will look in to it and will take immediate action to improve performance of your administration team.
