Respected concern DND Toll officials : This is really very heart breaking for me to inform you that your company/organisation has failed to provide proper services to the coustmers travelling between two cities Noida and Delhi. The roads are in worse condition, day today your team can be seen doing the patch work on roads, entire road is full of concrete bolts. The road is in a very bad condition. You company has failed to keep the proper maintenance of the Toll Road.
Above all, your employees on toll cash collection counters are very very slow, rude and highly unprofessional. They are not trained properly to handle the traffic and customers. I fail to understand that what is your companies strategy to run the entire show. I will write to the concerned authorities and will go to electronic media and revel the truth to the entire nation. Educate your team, stop fooling around and wasting time, start working towards providing good services to people, else wait for that day, losing this toll.
