Respected Sir, I am a software Developer from ahmedabad. I am seeking your guidance and help in the case of Online fraud. I had bought pen drive for the cost of 600 rs from the site shopjii.com on 15/04/2013 .Now they have not delivered the product and not returning mone. What is more frustrating is that they have closed their web site and not replying even if I have mailed them number of times.
This is the case which has happened to the number of persons in india. What should I do? I dont have any idea about getting refund .It is not matter of 600rs .But number of people have been cheated by this site. Kindly help me.
