Jagran Prakashan said that Naresh Mohan, an independent director of the company since Nov. 18, 2005 has retired by rotation at the 37th annual general meeting of the company held on Sept. 25, 2013 and hence, he cease to be director.
Further the company said Satish Mishra, an additional director, ceased to be director of the company since, his tenure has expired in this annual general meeting. Shares of the company gained Rs 0.75, or 0.91%, to settle at Rs 83.30. The total volume of shares traded was 209 at the BSE (Wednesday).
