Good shooting skills, needs to be updated with the latest cameras available and what all can be achieved by using them
A good temperament to work with different clients
Ability to think fresh and out of box; ideas should be such which can be implemented at minimal or no cost
Hard working, timing should not be an issue as the job involves working for a 24 hours channel
Skilled in both pre and post production.
Ability to script a promo/AV
Should be a team player
