Respected Media, I, the undersigned, An MBA Graduate (35yrs), working as a Manager At Andheri resides with my well educated family along with my parents, among whom my Father(retd. BMC) (70yrs), Mother (Paralysis Patient) (60yrs), Wife (computer & Tuiton teacher) (34yrs), Brother (Working-BMC)(42yrs), his wife (36yrs) and our four small childrens at the above address, hereby has been forced to write this letter to your goodself due to the harrasment & threathening of our neighbour, who resides below my house in the proper building of first floor in Pagadi System.Mrs. Rashida H. Sarvaiyya (Mother & neighbour) with her daughter, Kausar and son- Pappu (who was also charged for Tadipari but later saved) and Javed (the absconded by Vinobha Bhave Police Station- Tadipar), are from the criminal background, having lots of complaints against them.
The matter started in the month of February 2013, when they were renovating their house below my house which they extended 14 ft illegally from the building FSI area, previously they were having cement sheet roof at the height of 7ft from the ground level and they had removed that and made permanent Slab roof increasing the height by 2.5 ft from the ground level, which is from my floor level, Here we opposed them but they did not listened to us and quarelled and fought with us.
Later, after 7 days the lady (Mrs. Rashida H. Sarvaiyya) again planned to put 500ltrs water Tank on the illegally captured slab and in front of My window area. Here again we opposed. However, when the quarell was happening one of our neighbour came in between to stop the quarell between us and them and as the lady and her family were having previous hatred history with them, the lady along with her son started fighting with them. The Lady's Son Pappu, brought Sword (Chaupar) to stab our neighbour, Frightening for his life my wife dialled 100 and called the police and the matter went to Sakinaka Police Station. But there, our complaint was not attended seriously and no complaint was taken against them from my side. However, the lady cut her hand and went to police station stating that my neighbour had stabbed her, which we knew was wrong. The senior PI took the NC for Ayeshabi Anwar Mulla Against Rashida H. Sarvaiyya, NCR No. 434/13 dtd. 11/2/13 sec 323/504 at 16.45 hrs- By (PI-Vitthal Shinde) for both of them and our matter remained unsolved. The Senior PI calmly told the lady that she must take my permission to put the water tank in front of my gallery and only then she can put that.
The lady then called her elder son Javed Batti who is Tadipar now (staying at Mumbra) and about to come in a months time and told her to threathen me, Javed gave me several threathening calls in the month of February from 9th Feb to 14th Feb from Mobil No. 9619888667 stating he will kill me and my family entering my house and also take my house and I shall allow them to put the water tank in front of my gallery. Following to this my parents who are Senior citizens frightened and told my wife to lodge a police complaint. My wife then went to Sakinaka Police Station and lodge the police
complaint in front of Javed's Mother. Whenever we go to police station the lady always dials Javed's number and make him listen what is going on in the police station to arouse him for revenge. While my wife lodging Javed's complaint at Sakinaka Police Station, the same time he too gave me a threathening call on 14th Feb 2013 at 6.00 pm while I was on duty at Office. NC Details- Kazi Nikhat Jahan against Javed Sarvaiyya on 14th Feb 2013 NCR No. 457 under sec. 506 at 17.32 hrs. (PC- Pandharinath Tapare) He said as soon as he will come back he will kill me and my family. Moreover, he said at night when I will be back from my office his Mother and sister will tear their own clothes and make some scrathes on their body and will go to police and jail me under the charges of Rape and attempted murder. We mentioned all these thing at Police Station but nothing has been recored in the NC no action has been taken till now.
Further, The lady now is planning to make an illegal house in front of my window area, above her illegally made house. Hence, to stop her we had planned to put grill in front of our window and hence we ordered the grills about 2ft and the grills came on 21st March 2013 and when we started the work they called the police and stopped our grill work the Police without understanding the issue also supported that lady only. When we returned back to home the lady along with her son Pappu and daughter came up to my house and started fighting and throwing our grills down on the ground floor and nobody dared to stop them. Hence, now we called the Police and her son ran away. The Police agin took us to Sakinaka Police station and we brief everything now another NC was lodge (details are) Dtd. 31st March 2013 NCR No. 981 under sec 504 at 16.15 hrs. (Kausar)- (Sr.PC- Shankar Tatoba Pinjari) Since then we are waiting for our grill work to be done like helpless. We are very much worried as in our house 2 senior citizens are staying besides my mother is a paralysis patient who cannot even move properly and our windows are open and the monsoon will arrive at any time.
Sir, On 21/04/2013 Javed again called me on my cell and threathened me again which unfortunately recieved by my wife he told my wife that he will through acid on her face, will kidnapp our chlidrens cut them into pieces and through and kill us as soon as he comes back. Following to this we again went to Police Station and lodge another complaint against Javed Batti, Details- 21st April 2013 NCR No.1205 under Sec 507 at 15.04 hrs. Against Javed – (PSI- Amit S. Mhatre)
The Lady along with her son and daughter uses bad words and fighting, Her son Pappu says if any one keeps his legs on my slab he will cut his legs. Moreover, he said he will bring some outsiders and hit & stab me and tear my wife' clothes and make her move in the area.
Sir, these people does not have any respect for senior citizens, womens and chlidrens, with the help of some local gundas, they are harrasing us and other neighbours too.
You Honor, we are here helpless and couldn't find any support from anywhere, hence we are writing your goodself to take approriate actions as soon as possible against The Lady( Mrs. Rashida, Her Daughter- Kausar, Her Son Pappu, and Javed- The tadipar) who made our life miserable day by day.
