ये है अरुण पुरी को लिखा रुक्मिनी सेन का ओरिजिनल मेल

टीवी टुडे ग्रुप की इंटरटेनमेंट एडीटर रुक्मिनी सेन ने शनिवार यानी 3 नवंबर को इस्तीफा दिया था। सोमवार को उनकी मुंबई दफ्तर के कान्फ्रेंस रूम में सुप्रिय प्रसाद से बातचीत हुई थी। इसके बाद रुक्मिनी ने अरुण पुरी को मेल भेजा था, जिसकी कॉपी भड़ास 4 मीडिया के पास है। हम हूबहू ये मेल छाप रहे हैं।

Dear Mr Purie,

Supriya Prasad and I had a meeting yesterday regarding my resignation letter. The meeting ended up being very offensive and humiliating.
 

The conversation unfolded like this-
 

– So Are you leaving this job for that man?
– Where does he live?
– Oh I know because you changed your FB status!
– Why are you in a long distance relationship?
– Will you marry him?
– Boyfriend waala maamla bekaar hai.
– Oh but I am sure you have many boyfriends.
– Which number is this one?
– Will you never get married? Live like this? with many?
 

When I gave him the CD for anchors and mentioned the boy in the CD is good. He reacted with 'I have no interest in men'.
 

Supriya Prasad has never been my friend. I have always been very professional with him. Kept my distance to be specific. He has dropped SBB left, right and centre.
 

I was meaning to process what has happened and write to you. Now Arijit of HR calls me and tells me today is my last day. I don't have to serve my notice! Guess something has scared the organization deeply. Is it my sms to Supriya Pd? Is it my FB status?
 

Will you take any action against him? Will you put him in a behaviour change workshop?
 

Considering you re-hired a habitual offender guess this kind of behaviour is ok with you too??
 

I will watch the action taken. I am not pleading. Not complaining. I am offended and I blame you and no one less for putting me through this feudal, uncouth, uncivilzed, masculine, priviledged and POWERFUL behaviour.
