: We will not require the support of Cong to form the Govt : New Delhi: Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav made it clear that Netaji ( read Mulayam Singh Yadav) to be the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh as his party is getting clear cut majority in the forthcoming UP assembly elections. In an interview with Ms. Anurradha Prasad, Editor-in-chief of News 24 channel for her weekly show 'Aamne Samne', SP leader expressed his confidence that they will form the government at their own. SP will not require the support of any part to form the government.
Replying to a question in respect of party Chief Minister candidate, the young MP said that Netaji would become the Chief Minister. It may be recalled that there were reports that if Samajwadi Party gets majority in the forthcoming state assembly elections then Akhilesh Yadav may become the Chief Minister.
'Are your going to take the support of Congress in order to form the government ?’ Confident personified Akhilesh Yadav said they would not require the support of any party as Samajwadi Party will get clear cut majority. ‘Will your government dismantle various parks created by the BSP government?’, Akhilesh Yadav said, “ They would not dismantle those parks. However, they would build hospitals and colleges inside the open space of those parks.”
Replying a question in respect of his comparison with Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, Akhilesh Yadav only said, “ We are not into comparison game. It is the media which is comparing us.” Despite being provoked to react on Amar Singh's reported comment against Samajwadi Party leaders, Akhilesh Yadav said, " Amar Singh was my uncle and will remain as my uncle.
