दैनिक भास्कर, चंडीगढ़ में प्रकाशित एक खबर को चंडीगढ़ पुलिस ने तथ्यों से परे बताया

: PRESS RELEASE : 13.06.2011 : This is for kind information that the news published in Dainik Bhaskar dated 13.6.2011, titled “ Chalte Chalte Alcosensor de gaya Dhokha” wherein the reporter has mentioned that Police has 30 Alco sensors out of which 11 are working properly.

This report in not based on facts. Actually, all Alco Sensors with Chandigarh Traffic Police are in proper working condition.  Not even a single one is out of order.  These Alco Sensors are battery operated and in case the fitted battery is consumed, it is replaced with other charged battery at the spot.
