Subject: Request for Justice, Respected Madam, It is with great agony that I wish to bring to your kind notice about “girl thrown out forcefully” in coldest morning of current winter. This uncivilized activity has been occurred in MSWW Hostel, Jamia Millia Islamia (A Central University), New Delhi.

How it is possible in civilized and educated society, but unfortunately it has occurred by Dr. Arvinder Kaur Ansari, Provost and dictator, because I am week and she is influential dictator and powerful lady, she can do anything whatever she want. For detail please see below mentioned websites…

Myself Shahla Nigar, got accommodation in Mirdula Sarabai Hostel for working women for five years on 15, Dec 2006. After completion of three years on 15 Dec 2009 I have applied for extension for two years as per the rule, fortunately I got the extension but suddenly on 27 Nov 2010 I received a notice from above mentioned officer, MSWW Hostel that ’’your tenure will be completed by 15 Dec 2010 and you have to vacate the hostel till date.”

I assumed that it was sent to me by mistake I gave her written answer of the notice that my tenure will be completed by 15 Dec 2011. After that day they started to harass me and finally thrown out forcefully in coldest morning of this winter (13, Jan 2011 in the morning, when I was sleeping in my room) with the help of many security guards.

There are so many residents who are staying in the hostel from 15 to 19 years. If they can stay for 15-19 years, so why she has thrown out me forcefully before completion of my genuine time period. Provost was treating me and some other girls like slave and her dictatorship was going on in the hostel. And this hostel is under the Ministry of Women and Child Development. I have submitted my representation to Honourable VC of University but I did not get any reply from them.

It is very difficult to believe that such thing should have happened under the supervision of senior officer like Respectable Vice Chancellor of JAMIA MILLIA ISLAMIA (A CENTRAL UNIVERSITY) located in capital of our Country.

I would be delighted if you could spare some time from your very busy schedule to see my problem and solve it, so that I can get justice.

I am quite hopeful that you will take prompt action and oblige and I will get justice as well as accommodation there in MSWW Hostel for my one year.

So, I am requesting you, kindly look into the matter and solve my problem, so that I can get justice with my accommodation and no other girl should suffer like me.

I shall be highly grateful if you will do in the same.
