Their editor has resigned again. Now advertisement team has started creating their supremacy in lack of editor. Reporters are getting enoromous pressure to generate revenues through advertisements. A reporter said that from last year during statehood celebration of Jharkhand, they collected advertisement than for new year. Again we were forced to collect advertisement for Jan.26 and than for Feb.16 which was anniversary of newspaper in Jharkhand.
Others said that in lack of editor, they were getting direct calls for advertisements. Due to this, newspaper is now compromising with reports. Reporters were moing in fields for advertisements and news became secondary thing. This was the first time when advertisement team is directing reporters making them to run for revenue.
Few reporters said that Hindustan had made a place among readers now but facing a tough competition from Dainik Bhaskar. If this will continue than a day will come when Bhaskar will definitely take lead, they said.
