The Delhi police crime branch is busy finalising an elaborate questionnaire for the proposed polygraph test on Zee Group chairman Subhash Chandra, an accused in the case involving alleged extortion of `100 crores from the Jindal group. Crime branch sources said their probe was progressing rapidly and they were confident of a foolproof case.
The police plans to grill Mr Chandra again through a lie detector test. Mr Chandra and his son Puneet Goenka have already been subject to marathon questioning by the crime branch. A city court earlier directed the police to give Mr Chan-dra adequate notice before the polygraph test, subject to approval by his doctors. The police plans to confront Mr Chandra with certain new developments and information that emerged since he was last questioned. (Courtesy : Asian age)
