‘Channel One News’ has filed an application petition in the honorable Supreme Court of India in the matter of ‘Rajeswar Singh Versus Subrata Roy Sahara and Others’ praying to accept the applicant and permit the applicant to intervene in the above referred matter and take Suo-motto cognizance of the offences in the light of material submitted to the Court and initiate proceeding under Contempt of Court Act. In the matter of Rajeswar Singh versus Subrata Roy Sahara and others the Applicant has also requested the Court to direct the CBI to investigate the matter and submit the report to the Honorable Court.
The applicant has drawn the attention of court requesting that the CD and the documents submitted by him would establish that Mr Upendra and Mr Subodh Jain were working jointly to defame Mr Rajeswar Singh – Investigating Officer in 2G matter.
The applicant had sent a questionnaire to Mr Upendera Roy on 3 Occasions but Mr Upendera Roy did not respond. Instead he started pressurizing and threatening the applicant stating that he has lot of influence in UP, Maharashtra and West Bengal and could do anything to teach a lesson to the applicant and his family including false implication and arrest in some cases.
Applicant has filed CDs, DVDs materials and various Sensitive Documents in shield cover before honorable court, the matter is likely to be heard on Wednesday, December 5, 2012.
