मुख्य संपादक ने लगाई गुहार- जल्‍दी कार्रवाई करें, मेरी जान को खतरा है

: पुलिस में लिखित शिकायद दर्ज कराई : मैं नितिन कुमार पुत्र डॉ. हरी निवास शर्मा, पलवन्सिकम ग्रुप ऑफ कम्पनीज का मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर एवं मुख्य संपादक हूं। हमारे ग्रुप में पलवन्सिकम इन्परास्ट्रक्यर प्राइवेट लिमिटिड, पलवन्सिकम एंड इवेन्ट्स प्राइवेट लिमिटिड, पलवन्सिकम एजूकेशन सेंटर, पलवन्सिकम चीटफन्ड प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, कुमार’स प्राइवेट डिटेक्टिव अगेन्सट क्राइम व पलवन्सिकम मासिक पत्रिका है।

हमारी पलवन्सिकम ग्रुप ऑफ कम्पनीज का ब्रांच ऑफिस एलजी 3, एससीओ-35, सेक्टर-16, फरीदाबाद में है, जहां पर मैं बैठता हूं। दिनांक 19 जनवरी, 2011 को मैं शिवकुमार पुत्र श्री बाबूलाल के साथ अपने ऑफिस में बैठा था। रात 9.09 बजे मेरे मोबाइल नं. 9313176993 पर 011-23912887 से दो बार फोन आया फोन करने वाले ने अपने आपको श्याम सुन्दर वर्मा का भिवानी वाला दामाद बताते हुए मुझे गालियां व जान से मारने की धमकी देते हुए कहा कि वर्मा के खिलाफ जो तीन मुकदमें-

(1) धारा 148, 149, 323 व 325 आईपीसी

(2) धारा 500, 501, 502 व 120 आईपीसी

(3) धारा 341, 323, 325, 356, 379, 506 व 34 आईपीसी

हमारे द्वारा कराएं हैं और माननीय न्यायालयों में विचाराधीन हैं, को वापस ले लूं, अन्यथा मुझे गोली से उड़वा दिया जाएगा या फिर मेरा एक्सीडेन्ट करवा कर मरवा देगा। जिसके बाद मैंने फोन काट दिया और उसके बाद उसने दोबारा फोन किया और गाली देकर पूछा कि मैंने फोन क्यों काटा, साथ ही मुझे भविष्य में गंभीर परिणाम भुगतने की धमकी दी, जिसके बाद मैंने फिर फोन काट दिया। उपरोक्त दामाद, श्याम सुंदर वर्मा व अन्य, जिनके नाम मुकदमों में हैं, से मुझे मेरी जान का खतरा है, इसलिए आपसे निवेदन है कि जल्दी से जल्दी कार्रवाई करें ताकि मेरे साथ कोई अप्रिय घटना न घटे।

Sir,

This is to state that I Nitin Kumar S/o Dr. Hari Niwas Sharma, is the Managing Director – cum – Chief Editor of Pal Vanshikam Group of Companies. Our Group Companies of Pal Vanshikam Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., Pal Vanshikam Ad and Events Pvt. Ltd., Pal Vanshikam Education Centre, Pal  Vanshikam Chit Fund Pvt. Ltd., Kumar’s Private Detective against Crime & Pal Vanshikam monthly english  newsmagazine.

I sit at Pal Vanshikam Group of Companies’ Branch Office – L.G.-3, SCO – 35, Sec.-16, Faridabad. Yesterday night i.e. on 19/01/2011, I was sitting with Shiv Kumar S/o Sh. Babu Lal at my office , when at 09:09 p .m. twice on my mobile no. 9313176993,  I received calls from number 011-23912887. The caller told his name as Shyam Sunder Verma’s Bhiwani residing son-in-law and started abusing me and threatened me for my life and said that I should withdraw the three cases against Verma ( his father-in- law) which are (1) – Under section 148, 149, 323 & 325 IPC  (2) – Under section 500, 501, 502 & 120 IPC  (3) – Under Section 341, 323, 325, 356, 379, 506 & 34 IPC, that we have filed against them and are under proceeding  in Honorable Courts, otherwise they will get me shot dead or get me killed in an accident, after which I disconnected the phone. Then he again called me and started abusing me that why did I disconnected the phone and also threatened me to face serious consequences in future if I don’t follow his instructions. Then I disconnected the call.

I have fear to my life from the  above mentioned son-in-law, Shyam Sunder Verma and other those persons whose names are involved in these cases.

I request you to take immediate action against them so that I don’t face any misshaping with me.
