Please note I was working with Raftaar Media (P) Ltd. the regional channel from Jharkhand having their studio & corporate office at G-16, Sector -63,Noida I want to carry a real news in your website if you can. The news brief :- The Raftaar Media (P) Ltd having their corporate office at Noida & H.O. Ranchi.
The Managing Director of the company Mr. Gaurav singh & Chairman Mr. H. singh they both are the promoter of the company. In special sources we came to know the company running in loss and they are not able to pay the slary of their employee starts from anchors to Top management. Even we got information that the media company have got licence from MIB in wrong way and even empanelled with DAVP that basis. We have received information that they are not carry any advertisement in proper way and give false telecast certificate to DAVO and their client even they are selling the channel ID to lots of people in and arround the state with money starts with lacs.
In recent position their Channel Head Mr. A.N. Thakur, Input Head Mr. Prashant Saxsena & Their AGM- Sales & Marketing resigned with follow with other important people. Raftaar Media have gone and have done all wrong way to earn money. Channel is not in position to run and going through very bad status and not able to pay their employee more then 3 months salary. I request you kindly carry the above news and please do let me know the status.

This is not just so simple as mentioned above but the reality goes much beyond. As I have been associated to the Channel to the deepest level I can say that the image of the organization is around 15 times more worse than being projected.
The base of the company is eshtablished with the money earned by selling ID’s. People are being cheated by a movement called Raftaar Foundation which collects INR 5,500.00 per ID and being promised to be safegaurded against any curtailment of Human Rights in any form but in other hand Raftaar has not paid their dues pending with their staff, vendors, suppliers, service providers and so on. This, by their terms doesnot seem to be a curtailment of Human Rights.
I, myself has to get around INR 350,000.00 from Raftaar and over that the loss of image that I have suffered by projecting myself to be a flag bearer of the Channel. Right now I am in so deep shit trouble that cant be explained in public. I have become a defaulter in all forms, courtesy Raftaar Time News.

so called raftar news channel playing recorded tape last 2 months because they dont have any broadcast equip for live news, why dont ministry take action against this type of froud news channel and arrest md and cmd of this channel.

बिल्कुल सहीं बात है। गौरव सिंह मेरे भी तीन महिने की सेलरी खा गया। चैनल में चोरी की न्यूज और चोरी के फूटेज के अलावा कुछ नहीं चलता। कुल 10 लोग मिलके चैनल चला रहे है। ऐसे चैनल को तो बंद कर देना चाहिए

I have also worked with the organisations and have not received my 3 month salary. I dont understand if they dont have money why they hire people. I am shame that other people why they working their when they are not getting their pay. Channel is not even able to pay office rent/airtel and lease line bill. I request to the ministry of MIB to take immediate action.
I also feel sorry for the guys who unknowingly came and join the company and ruin their career.

यशवंत जी, भडास एक ऐसा माध्यम है जहां हम मीडिया वाले अपने दुख दर्द को शेयर कर सकते है, और साथ ही अपनी साथियों को मीडिया के अंदर होने वाली हरामीपंथी को उजागर कर सकें। मैने रफ्तार में पूरे एक साल तक काम किया। रफ्तार को अभी सिर्फ चार या पांच लोग चला रहे है…जो भी वहां जुडा हुआ है उसकी मजबूरी ये है कि गौरव सिंह उनके पांच-पांच महिने के सेलरी लटकाया हुआ है ताकि कोई छोड के ना जा पाए,यहां तक कि चैनल में काम करते समय अगर कोई दूसरे जगह इंटरव्यू के लिए भी जाता है तो गौरव मीटिंग करके उसे धमकियां देता है। यही वजह है कि वहां से सभी लोग एक-एक करके छोड गए। राची ऑफिस बंद होने के कगार पर है,चैनल कहीं दिखता नहीं लेकिन गौरव सिंह व्यूरो बेच के पैसे जुगाड करता है और पैसे उसे देता है जिसके बिना चैनल नहीं चल सकता । चैनल में जो बचे है उनकी कोई छुट्टी नहीं होती और काम के टाइम का कोई निश्चित समय नहीं है।यहां तक कि एक किराए के कैमरे से पूरा चैनल चल रहा है। मेरे ख्याल से इसे चैनल ना कहें तो बेहतर है। अब तो सुना है गौरव को एक और चैनल का लाइसेंस मिल गया है जिसे वो किराए पर देने वाला है। पता नहीं मंत्रालय ऐसे लोगो को कैसे लाइसेंस दे दे रहा है। यहां तक कि गौरव सिंह का 3 हजार तक का चेक बांउस हो जाता है। गौरव पर कई लोगो के चेक बांउस होने के केस भी है। कितनो की तनख्वाह गौरव खा गया उसकी कोई गिनती नहीं है।। सूचना एवं प्रसारण मंत्रालय को इसकी जांच करानी चाहिए और चैनल को बंद कराना चाहिए ताकि और लोग उसके झांसे में ना आ सके। रफ्तार में काम करने वालों को कोई भी लेटर नहीं मिलता अगर कोई बहुत डिमांड करता है तो उसे ऱफ्तार टाइम न्यूज के एक लेटर हेड पर ऑफर लेटर दिया जाता है। मै ये सब अब उन भाइयों के लिए लिख रहा हूं आगे से कोई गौरव के जाल में ना फसें…

i m also in the list of employees whose salary is due. this is the problem of every employee of raftaar. Raftaar policy is to not give salary to there employees. i request if someone takes any legal step against raftaar i will give my support to him/her.

रफ़्तार टाइम न्यूज़ / रफ़्तार मीडिया एक नाम नहीं एक आशा है ,जो झारखण्ड की धरती से लांच होकर आज देश की राजधानी तक पहुंचा है ! मैं चैनल की बड़ाई नहीं कर रहा लेकिन ये सच है ! जिन्होंने भी शिकायत किया है वे अपने गिरेवान में झांक कर देखें की वे चैनल के प्रति कितने वफादार रहें है , ये चेअरमैन का साहस ही है जो चैनल को चला रहें है ,नहीं तो चैनल को धोखा देने वालों की कतार बहुत लम्बी है ! मैंने शुरुआत से देखा है ……….एक बात और आपलोग देखिएगा हम धीरे-धीरे ही सही फलक पर नज़र आयेंगे ……………

क्या हेमंत गौरव के तरफ से हम सब को धमकी दे रहे है? ये भाषा तो धमकी की ही है।हेमंत की ये बात सही है कि मीडिया बहुत छोटी जगह है,लेकिन गौरव जैसे लोग बहुत कम है और आप को तो तब पता चलेगा जब गौरव सिंह आपको भी धोखा देगा। वैसे भी आपके बारे में सबको पता है ऱफ्तार की आईडी बेच के कब तक काम चलाओगे हेमंत जी।ये मीडिया बहुत छोटी जगह आपको भी यहीं रहना है
