जालंधर से एक चिट्टी आई है. तहकीकात के बाद इस चिट्ठी की सारी सूचनाएं सही पाई गईं. चिट्ठी के साथ ढेर सारे डाक्यूमेंट व प्रमाण भी हैं. माजरा यह है कि राजेश कपिल को दैनिक भास्कर, जालंधर के संपदाक अभिजीत मिश्रा ने टर्मिनेट कर दिया था. अपने साथ अचानक हुए इस बर्ताव से हतप्रभ राजेश कपिल ने भास्कर प्रबंधन पर मुकदमा ठोंक दिया. कानूनी कार्रवाई शुरू होते ही भास्कर के हाथ-पांव फूलने लगे.
तब राजेश कपिल को पटाने व धमाकने, दोनों ही प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी गई. राजेश नहीं माने तो उन पर मनगढंत आरोप लगाए जाने लगे. फिर भी नहीं झुके, नहीं रुके राजेश कपिल. शुरू में कोर्ट की कार्यवाही को भास्कर वालों ने इगनोर किया लेकिन अदालत के सख्त रुख को देखने के बाद सक्रिय हुए. फिलहाल कोर्ट ने भास्कर के दर्जन भर बड़े लोगों के नाम सम्मान जारी किया है कि वे निजी तौर पर अदालत में सुनवाई के दिन हाजिर हों. राजेश कपिल के वकील हैं मनदीप सिंह सचदेव. पूरी कहानी इस चिट्ठी से समझ सकते हैं-
Rajesh Kapil working as Sr. Staff Reporter at Jalandhar from 2006 to 2010. He terminated from the service on 30.6.10 without any reason by new Editor namely Mr. Abhijeet Mishra. He filed a petiton before Lobour Officer, Jalandhar on 3.7.10 and notice issued for 26.7.10. But Bhaskar’s Local Management ignored the proceeding of Conciliation Officer and start to pressurise him and pasted a infomative notice on the front door of the office for defame him. On the first date of hearing before Labour Officer, Bhaskar’s Local Management withdraw the termination and offer him to join the duty within seven days. In reply, Bhaskar’s Local Managemet also raised some false and baseless allegation against him, which denied by him, because all of these are only allegations and not proved. Bhaskar’s Local Managemet never chagesheeted and inquired about him. An interesting point, before this managemet also published a Public Notice with his photograph in newspaper on 17.7.10 edition for the purpose to defame him. After that, he file a recovery suit (Defamation Case) in the local court and make party to all from top to last. Case heared by Mrs. Manisha Jain (Civil Judge, Jr. Div.), Jalandhar on 24 sep 2010 and issued the summon to all (copy being attached).

aadrniya shri kapil g ne punjab me kya gul khilaya hai yashwant g jara ye to pata kar lo. har baar ki tarah is baar bhi adhi adhoori khabar hi chaap di. He is bludy blackmaller. nahi yakeen to jalandhar ke wakilon, immigration wale or sharab thekon par kaam karte karindon se pooch lo. pehle to logon ko blackmail kar paise kamaya ab bhaskar ko black mail kar raha hai.

last me sabse badhi baat ye ki apne pahchan na de kar waise hi apne comment ko bakwas sabit kar dia.aisa lagraha hai ki aap unke hi office ke koi dushtt prani lagte hai.jo unke puri beats ke bare mai jante hai.

Akash, i aggre with you, becoz i personally knows to Mr. Kapil. He was the only daring parsonality in Dainik Bhaskar, Jalandhar, who filed attacking news against every dept. time to time. Agar koi unki news se bach paya to wo editor, marketing dept.ya phir management k kisi member ka saharay. Jahan tak mujhe pata hai uski stories ko upar se he roka jata raha hai, kyonki sab ko pata tha ki woh bikta nahi hai. So please sab sach ka saath do aur agar koi saboot hai to uskay sath bolo.

kisi ko Blackmail karne ka allegation to mujhe saaf he koi ranjishan lag rahi hai. 1. Jahan tak mujhe pata hai Kapil ne pehli baar Advocates par full page suppliment nikaalwaya, jo saaf karta hai ki advocates k sath unkay good relation thay. Then how kapil blackmail any advocate ?
2. immigration wale k khilaaf har tarah ki complaint ko to crime beat wale deal karte thay. Then how kapil blackmail any immigration consultant ?
3. Aur rahi baat shraab beat ki, to wo thakay k karinde se kya unkay maliko se poocho na, karinday kaun hote hai, kya naukar bhi kabhi blackmail hote hai ?

Moral support dene k liye App sabhi ka aabhaar. But bina job or salary k mera kya haal hai. yeh main he jaanta hoon. Goodwill thi, so Advocate ne to fee nahi lee, but daughter ki school fee, daily needs and medicine k liye mujhe jaldi doosro par depend hona padega. Kisi ne sahi kaha hai ki itihaas badalne k liye kafi dard sehna padta hai, jo main seh raha hoon. Par meri koshish hai ki main aisa raasta taiyaar kar du ki future mein kabhi kisi Journalist k sath aisa ho to usko raastay par manzil saaf dikhay. Target to higher court se ek authority pass karwane ka bhi hai, jisme kisi Jounalist ki illigal termination ka case as soon (may be within 1 month) karwaaney ka order ho.
