बीते तीन साल से साइबर मीडिया समूह का हिस्सा रहे अखिलेश शुक्ला ने अब संडे इंडियन का दामन थाम लिया है. अखिलेश ने इसी हफ्ते संडे इंडियन में विशेष संवाददाता के पद पर ज्वाइन किया है.
साइबर मीडिया समूह की पत्रिका वायस एंड डॉटा में विशेष संवाददाता रहे अखिलेश ने अपने कैरियर की शुरूआत दि पॉयनियर लखनऊ के साथ 2005 में की. वो पॉयनियर में सिटी रिपोर्टिंग टीम का हिस्सा रहे. बाद में उन्होंने कुछ दिनों के लिए अजय अग्रवाल के अंग्रेजी समाचार पत्र डीएलए एएम के लखनऊ संवाददाता के रूप में भी काम किया. टेलीकॉम के बेहतरीन रिपोर्टर माने जाने वाले अखिलेश ने वायस एंड डॉटा के लिए मुंबई में दो साल काम किया. बाद में उन्हें दिल्ली भेज दिया गया. इलाहाबाद के रहने वाले अखिलेश ने पत्रकारिता की डिग्री जयपुरिया से ली.
