Please do not have any relationship with Sunil Hali. I was fooled by him for 7 years and it hurt me financially.

It ruined my reputation in my community and tarnished my image in my friends.  He took $150,000 from Amritsar Times for Punjabi channel. I am one of the partners in PTC Punjabi channel too. I hold 25% partnership but I don’t know what is going on there. Now my friend (third partner) already gave him over $500,000. He finds people and establishes trust by going to their houses and saying Bhabi ji, Bhaji etc and then stabbed their back. He talks too much but never delivers. I feel ashamed about myself to be stupid enough to trust him. I forgot what Kashmiri Pandits did with our 9th Guru.

The court case will be filed soon. I know I could not get anything from him because he transferred his house to his wife’s name, he has IRS liens too. He is planning to file bankruptcy.  He did immigration fraud in 2009 by applying H1 visas of more than 11 people. He defrauded Catlas when he made his company public. He intentionally changed his financial figures in Profit & Loss and Balance sheet. I have a long list to show his planned and willful approach of fraud. We will have a story in Amritsar Times in coming weeks.

He is making fool of my friend and PTC at the same time. We gave him money as a loan and he did not pay back even a single dime. Moreover, he is getting his salary. He is putting all corporate ads at his talk show on crossings TV instead of PTC. It is a conflict of interest too. We need to stop this guy. Just give me any information about him. As I said, I might not get anything from him but I will prove his frauds in black & white. If I am successful in doing so then I know how to convince DA to file criminal charges against him.

I am looking for dissolution of corporation and will try to get injunction on PTC to be aired in USA till I get what I deserve. But he never met Punjabi like me and now I am the one who will stop his entire BS with people. If anyone knows and who wants to come forward to the witness stand to tell his deeds please contact me.
