ईटीवी यूपी उत्‍तराखंड में कार्यरत एक सीनियर सेल्‍स एक्‍जीक्‍यूटिव को संस्‍थान ने जबरिया बाहर का रास्‍ता दिखा दिया तो उन्‍होंने इसकी शिकायत करते हुए ईटीवी के कई लोगों को चिट्ठी लिखी. यह चिट्ठी हिंदी चैनल्‍स के हेड व सीईओ जगदीश चंद्र को भी भेजी है. चिट्ठी की एक कॉपी भड़ास4मीडिया के पास भी भेजी गई है.  पूरी चिट्टी इस प्रकार है…

Dear sir

I am Wasi akhtar working as senior sales executive in etv Lucknow ( ETV – U.P / Utt. ). i had joined this organisation on 10th march 2011 & has worked for 2.5 month. as i was new into the system atleast 3 months initially is needed for knowing & learning about organisation. since my joining has logged in few business as per target given.

I am writing this email to you as i have been intentionally & forcibly been terminated from my current job profile on 3rd May hence i want to give my valuable feedback to you about the organisation management.

I have been harrased in months of april & may by my immediate manager mr. p.k singh who use to abuse me , use slangs & shows unprofessional behaviour & i must clearly say that he is a non marketer person as he is unaware about how to manage people especially office colleagues & subordinates.

he has asked me for favors which i had rejected so he delibaretely non renewed my contarct as i was not doing his chores where as i was having ro of rs 24 lac to be logged in.

plz take the feedback of team so that we can have a better manager to work with.
