सेंटर फार सिविल सोसाइटी के प्रेसीडेंट पार्थ जे शाह ने भड़ास4मीडिया को मेल के जरिए सूचित किया है कि उन्हें नए लांच होने वाले हिंदी पोर्टल www.adazi.me के लिए एडिटर की जरूरत है। जाब लोकेशन दिल्ली है। संपूर्ण जानकारी इस तरह है- www.adazi.me is a new initiative of Cato Institute and Centre for Civil Society to provide information and insights into a wide range of issues and ideas to the Hindi speakers for a liberal point of view. The website would also contain classic works of liberalism, application of liberal ideas to contemporary problems in economics, politics, and culture, a blog, discussion boards and works of other liberal think tanks in the form of publications, research papers, videos, and podcasts. The website is intended to be a powerful and effective medium to communicate with policy makers and the Hindi media, which has a much wider reach than the English media in India. In addition to the new Hindi portal, the person would help with CCS’s other areas of Hindi outreach in education (www.schoolchoice.in), livelihood (www.jeevika.org), environment, governance and youth programs.
Qualifications & Skills
- 8-10 years of experience in a senior position in the media
- Strong interest with regular reading on policy issues and philosophical debates
- Higher degree/training in Mass Communication
- Excellent Hindi and English writing and translation skills
- Background in economics added advantage
- Analytical and creative mind with excellent networking skills
Job Description
- Strategy planning & editorial operations
- Identifying broader philosophical issues and current policy debates of interest to audience and sourcing appropriate content globally and in-house to address them
- Conceptualizing and implementing competent strategies to drive traffic to the website
- Heading editorial operations entailing quality, content and presentation as well as coordination with pre/ post production teams
- Monitoring, recruiting, training and motivating translators and assigning targets for ensuring quality work
Location: Delhi
Remuneration: Competitive, starting at Rs 30k per month
