New Delhi- Lok Jansakti Party, National President, Shri Ram Vilas Paswan, has appointed Shri Ajay Kumar, as National Secretary of the party from immediate effect. Shri Kumar, was active in mainstream journalism and social and political organizations of repute from the last 25 years, both in India and in the Middle East. A native of Bihar, Shri Kumar, has worked in Bihar, Uttar Pardesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Madhya Pardesh, Delhi, Gujarat, Chhattisgarh, Andhara Pardesh and Jammu Kashmir with national English and Hindi dailies of repute in addition to leading news channel, in senior positions and as an Editor. A graduate of Allahabad University, Shri. Kumar, has worked for over ten years in the Middle East for leading English Dailies and magazines.
He was also an active member and senior functionary of IPTA-Bihar, AISF, Allahabad, PSO, Varanasi, during his student life. He was also associated for a long time with the media wing of CPI in New Delhi. He has also rendered valuable service both as founder member and senior functionary in Non Resident Association of India, Vidyapati Sanskritik and Adhyatmik Kendra, Samastipur, Bihar and UP and Bihar Mahasabha, Delhi. At a recently concluded 3-day, training camp of LJP workers, held at Bodh Gaya, Bihar, Shri Kumar, was entrusted with the task of bringing out a white paper on four years tenure of Nitish government. He also participated in the special discussion on Bihar and said that the Nitish government has done nothing for the people of Bihar, except fooling them by building a few kilometers of roads.
Expressing faith in the ability of Shri Kumar, Party President said that he would work hard to popularize the policy of the party and for strengthening the party. “I am dedicating my entire experience to the party and promise to show results in every task assigned to me by the Shri Paswan jee, he said while thanking the Party President for inducting him in the party and for the new responsibility.
