जी में हुए बदलाव के संबंध में जारी आंतरिक मेल से पता चलता है कि जी ने कंटेंट बेटरमेंट के लिए न्यूज ग्रुप कंटेंट रिसर्च एंड एनालिसिस डिवीजन (आर & ए डिवीजन) नामक एक नया डिवीजन क्रिएट किया है। विष्णु शंकर को एडिटर (आर&ए) बनाने की घोषणा की गई है। संजय पांडेय को बिजनेस डेवलपमेंट डिपार्टमेंट का बिजनेस डेवलपमेंट हेड बनाया गया है। जिस मुकेश साहू के चलते जी यूपी-उत्तराखंड में बवाल कटा हुआ था, उनके पर कतर दिए गए हैं। मेल में साफ कहा गया है कि आउटपुट के डीईपी मुकेश साहू को जी न्यूज के न्यूज डेस्क पर प्रोड्यूसर के बतौर शिफ्ट किया जा रहा है। डीईपी को प्रोड्यूसर बनाए जाने को लेकर काफी चर्चाएं हैं। इस मेल में वाशिंद मिश्र के बारे में सिर्फ एक लाइन लिखा गया है कि वे अबसे सीईओ बरुण दास को रिपोर्ट करेंगे। कुछ दिनों पहले जारी आंतरिक मेल में वाशिंद्र को बिजनेस हेड अमित त्रिपाठी को रिपोर्ट करने को कहा गया था। एडिटर बिजनेस हेड को रिपोर्ट करे, इस उलटबांसी को लेकर भड़ास4मीडिया ने विस्तार से खबर भी प्रकाशित की थी। संभव है, जी ग्रुप ने इस गलती के ध्यान में आते ही तुरंत सुधार लिया। आंतरिक मेल में जिन-जिन बदलावों का उल्लेख किया गया है, उन बदलावों को हम यहां प्रकाशित कर रहे हैं-

We have decided to create a News Group Content Research & Analysis division. The R&A division would be engaged in forward planning, leveraging synergies & content research to help all the Group News Channels to achieve imagery & viewership objectives.
We are pleased to announce that *Mr. Vishnu Shankar *will now be heading the Research & Analysis Wing as *Editor – R&A. *He will be reporting to the*CEO, Mr. Barun Das.*
In the business side, we recognize the opportunity looming over us & have decided to focus on business development as a key strategic move. After the significant contribution of *Mr. Sanjay Pandey* to the channel *Zee News – UP/ Uttarakhand,* he will now be heading the Business Development department as *Business Development Head*. He will be reporting to the *CEO, Mr. Barun Das*.
*Mr. Amit Tripathi*, besides his current Newsgroup Revenue head role will continue to look after the overall Zee News UP/ Uttarakhand responsibility as *Business Head*. He will continue to report to the *CEO, Mr. Barun Das.*
*Mr. Vasindra Mishra, Editor, Zee News – Uttar Pradesh/ Uttarakhand* will now be reporting to the *CEO, Mr. Barun Das.*
Also, the following departmental re-structuring has been done with immediate effect in the Editorial department of *Zee News* & *Zee News – Uttar Pradesh/ Uttarakhand*.
*Mr. Deep Upadhyay, DEP Output* will now be heading the Output department of Zee News as the *Output Head *and he will be reporting to *Editor– Zee News.*
*Mr. Abhishek Kumar, Output Head, Zee News – UP* is shifted back to Zee News as *Incharge – Programming.* He will be reporting to *Output Head, Zee News.*
*Mr. Dilip Tiwari – Special Correspondent* has been redesignated as *Chief of Bureau, Political. *He will be reporting to the* Input Head, Zee News.*
*Mr. Ashish Manchanda, Senior Producer* will be Incharge – Forward Planning Desk and will be reporting to the* Input Head, Zee News.*
*Mr. Mukesh Sahu, DEP Output* is shifted back to Zee News as *Producer, News desk. *He will be reporting to the* Output Head.*
*Atul Sinha, DEP Output, Zee News *will now look after the Output desk of Zee News – Uttar Pradesh as* Output Head *and will be reporting to the* Editor – Zee News – UP/ UTTARAKHAND.*
