भास्कर समूह के एफएम रेडियो स्टेशनों का नाम है ‘माईएफएम’. इस रेडियो स्टेशन के चंडीगढ़ आफिस में पिछले दिनों एक बड़ा आंतरिक बवाल चला. स्टेशन हेड अभिलाष दवे ने अपनी टीम के एक वरिष्ठ साथी को ‘नान-परफारमेंस’ को कारण बताते हुए टरमिनेट किए जाने का मेल भेजा. जिन्हें मेल भेजा गया वे सज्जन सेल्स के रीजनल मैनेजर पद पर कार्यरत हैं. मेल मिलते ही उन्होंने नेशनल ब्रांड हेड रीतू छाबड़ा को संबोधित और स्टेशन हेड अभिलाष को सीसी करते हुए मेल भेजा. इस मेल के अलावा उन्होंने पवन अग्रवाल और गिरीश अग्रवाल, जो भास्कर समूह के निदेशक हैं, को भी मेल भेजा. इस पूरे प्रकरण के मेल भड़ास4मीडिया के हाथ लगे हैं. इन्हें यहां प्रकाशित किया जा रहा है. यहां प्रकाशित करते समय मेलों का क्रम उलट दिया गया है. मेल में पुराना मेल लास्ट में होता है और नया मेल पहले. पर यहां सबसे पुराने मेल को पहले और सबसे ताजे मेल को लास्ट में किया गया है. यह पूरा प्रकरण बीते साल दिसंबर महीने का है लेकिन मेल के सभी कंटेंट मिल जाने के कारण इसे आद्योपांत पढ़ने पर काफी कुछ ज्ञान होता है. -एडिटर

This is in regard of trail mail by Abhilash for resignation for non performance since 8 months. I was shocked to see the same without discussing how someone can write such words like resignation which is not small in professional career.

I want to know about the company hierarchy how its work did Regional Manager (Activation Sales) to ask by Station Head Chandigarh to resign on performance tomorrow the same can happen to anyone. The Target assign to me was for Chandigarh only, which are Rs-75 lacs (as compare to sales individual) & as compared to FY-08-09 which is Rs-32 lacs (no ground activation) & with the help of 2 team members.

Till new financial year (09-10) I am alone (in Nov Aditi had joined) other referred people was not appointed by Station Head as not up to the mark & they are working DB activations & branding now.

The business done till date is without any help of Station Head & sales team & I request him couple of times for the help but he always reply they will not. DB activation is doing with the help of sales team & Unit Head only. Every month he needs projections on higher end & I always request him I am not able to do alone as I have to made concept than to sell & execute alone not possible but he force to do the same. I request him this is not the FCT but he is FCT selling person not known much about how activations & other things work.

What I did for organization till I joined in Marcomm now Activations. Teachers Day an annual selling property on Slogan Writing Contest last year sold to AK Vidyamandir this year to Gurukul Global School.

Fultoofun Children & Family Carnival. Competitor never did any event in Panjab University where no branding is allowed but we did International Youth Day, Lohri, Oye Hoye Meenakshi Launch, Pre Diwali Bash & get MY FM brand presence in more than 15,000/- youth & due to same we always preferred by all colleges in their annual or general events which is indirectly promoted sales.

CII association. Exclusive renowned singers visit & recording like Jasbir Jassi, Babbu Maan, Preet Harpal, Pammi Bhai, Surjit khan, Shankar Sahney etc for Dhool Vajda. RJ Meenakshi Launch at Malls & PU, RJ Laila launch with appx 1 lac worth diamond & gold ornaments in one show  she got 900 sms. Now Chota RJ with student’s bytes on Social responsibility sold to Gurukul. School worth Rs-3 lacs for the month of December-09 & Janauary-10.

All data of competitor last financial year business, clients appeared, & other valuable inputs shared with sales team.

My strength is I did media sales (print, Radio), activations, branding, knowledge & relation with advertising agencies, concepts & I always help sales team when I required. I request earlier also please explore my potential wherever required for the betterment of individual & organization.

You are requested to please look into the same as i am giving my all inputs

towards organization.

Need your kind attention i am working with your esteemed organization 94.3 MY FM Chandigarh as Regional Manager( Activation Sales).

Please find enclosed the *trail mails* for my termination due to NON PERFORMANCE by our Station Head  Abhilash Dave.This is first time i saw how the organisational structure is working i send a mail to  Ms Ritu Chhabra (enclosed) with all details but no response from her & received termination mail.

Being a part of DB family( what we used generally in all meetings & events) i am asked not to attend office & enter the office premises although i am surprised my official mail id is also blocked which is also shocked to me so will not send any mails or get the ids of mangement which seems to be very small thinking as done by our station head.

I need your kind attention not for mercy to keep me with your esteemed organization as in our Chandigarh Station normally persons lived on mercys & as spy for their SH.I need your attention for my personnel identity & for professional career which is on stake by this termination mail which i gain in couple of years.

No body can absorb the unusual mails like resignation & termination without prior notice for non performance,id blocked,not to enter the office etc..hope our HR dept which used to be very good put down their knees in front of station head & just for sending appointment letters, termination letters as like dispatch deptt because station head is giving the money collection to organization either any individual will suffer or organization

will washed out with good professional.

Chandigarh Station Health

1. As branding is concerned no one carry accordingly sales team is using any PPT template I request for the change but reply was we need business it hardly matters.

2. Any one can send any logo (MY FM) for association to oblige its client very few peoples know about our own new changes.

3. You can hear activity promos on air week ahead the activity had gone with previous date, venue & even star name also.

4. Programming integration is almost like nil no one come back with gifts, activities & others related to integration.

5. RJ can use any language on air which is happened & everyone knows.

6. On-air live links can play for 2 to 4 minutes.

7. Listeners were treated as beggars for gifts as to wait for hour or more as no one available at reception.

8. Anyone can enter your office, studio as all the doors are opened for everyone.

9. Who ever required our RJs always available for any event or activity for Emcee.

10. The persons appointed for survey is producer with RJs & without vehicles & not interested in survey job.

11.  Everything is based on ICEROAD.

12. You never find any of our respected officers on our own activities for inputs as weekend (Saturday, Sunday) is for their families only.

13. Lakhon Ki Chori was I don’t know how they projected but was not upto mark as from day one till end our programming was not aware what to do when to do where to do. The winner was the person who came with 1500 sms with all combinations & our officers requested him will let you the code not to try again & he was the so called winner.

14.  Being a no 1 Radio station in city we are still operation on effective ER around Rs-15 as we need we himself is not convinced we are no 1.

15. No categories is divided for example you can have a look on business done by very dear of station head you can find how they got highlighted in management.

16. Normally you find the working peoples is depressed due to unusual SMS with rude & unfogettable language,comments etc…by station head to other employees.

17. They dont have the client list (Government,PSUs, & Commercial) on which they are working or planning ahead.

18. Barter for official parties can done without any prior approval, logic why to do & without measure of expense as on barter will run spots through linker (more than 2 lacs appx can spend only on weekend parties)

19. Every activity presented to management by programming is just pictures with branding or recorded links which exist only in recorder as required by their respected officers.

20. If anyone would like to survive in Chandigarh Station have to do special treatment for Station Head like,give him evening parties,birthday gifts, morning attendance in his office before sitting at his work station, buttering, gosspings, critics about others, family get togethers (alone), information about when someone gone with whom, discussions about DB high officials, their personell loans, their new purchases, to whom he abused today, who is not coming in parties, leave all appointments if their lunch party etcccc.

21. Chargeline billing to show maximum business .

You are requested to please look into the same so capable peoples will not suffer because of wrong feedback to management.I always pay my valuable inputs, dedication, trust towards organization which give me & my family a regard in society.

Sorry to bother you again as not able to get any valuable suggestion from any of the senior management of DB & SMEL.

This is for your information i got a SMS from legal dept SMEL(Hiten) regarding illegal possession of company laptop & fir to be lodged against me for theft of office property.Even i will take legal action on integrity issue on illegal threats against you as SMEL issue me a laptop as employee of a company & still with the company till date show me any written termination communication from HR.

Now he is coming to Chandigah today to clear the things but the question i always keep in mind that organization is very strong can do anything with employee who pay his time,dedication,responsibility towards organization due to the selfsatisfaction of 1 person.Organization is not looking in any facts & real pictures .Terminate me from the organization will not satisfied the needs & growth of company but yes give right picture to others towards their career with organization.

I will return all the valuable things of organization which is issued to me can organization return my loyality, respect, time, mental piece, health. looking forward to your one liner ,DB will takecare about the things not to happen with any employee for the selfsatisfaction of 1 illogical head.

Station head is that much of aggressive I never seen in career ….hafte mein 4 din office nahin aate …hai apke pass koi aise example…kyo ki sahib ki upar tak chalte hai subah sham sahib se baat hoti hai ….chamcha giri itni janoon par hai ki …kapde… laptop….style bhi sahib ki tarah hai…unko bhi ghulam chahiye inko bhi …apne se jyada kabil logo ko nikal do …..agar aap hai to incapable show karo agar naukri karne hai….jo hukam mere baap….kyoki asst manager sahib inko FATHER OF STATION kehte hain…..unka saara business station head sahib he dekhte hain…bho inke bete hai isliye?—Inke apne new logo ke ware me jankari jaruri hai….RELIO QUICK AUTO MAAL mein BIG FM aur MY FM dono radio partner….*ho sakta hai kyonki sahib interview dekar aaye hai aur roz baat karte hai apne naukri ke liye*…..atleast new logo place kara dete….bechare branding walo ne kitne research ke baad banaya tha logo…Yeh sahib Station head Nahin Sales head ke layak hai…..itna paisa inko koi aur organization nahin degi…yeh sahib bhi jante hain…inke jagah 3 sales wale rakh lo kam se kam ER to badh jayega.

*Conclusion*

I send request to management about my termination & reasons but not able to get any revert. If suitcase (senior) handle is of bad quality never buy or associate with that otherwise you have to suffer for long journey.

I wish all of you all the best & request to all please send the exact status of what are happenings as due to one person others will not suffer.

Management Pls form a department for employees grievances.

In Evaluating Seniors, You Look for Three Qualities.. Integrity, Intelligence & Energy. If They Don’t Have first One The Other 2 Will kill You.

    after going through all those mails, this man has sent to his bosses and others in the organisation, he actually axed his own feet. imagine someone being on such a position, the one, handling sales and marketing, means he would be responsible for getting business and he is the one who would carry the image of the channel- and he cant even write an email in proper english? why the hell do you write in english man?
    hindi mein likhte, to tumhari hi kamzoriyaan saamne aane se bachti bhaai!

    Bhai sahib kamjori pakad rahe to aap samaj to gaye ki upar tak sab kaise hain aap apne angrezi ke kabliat batain aap kahan par susohib hai kya jamane me kmal kar rahe hai ya abhilash dave ki tarah angreji mein chat rahe hai…jesne jo bhi kiya aise bahut kam log hota hai jo hindi pe angreji ka jor chalate hai bhaskar akhbar,my fm english mein hai kya…kehiye sajjan kam pe lag jayeye apke angrezi kisi kam nahin aayegi yahan…

    saaf sundar spasht shabdo mei is baat se humaara sirf itna taatparya hai ki hindi mei…..

    arei mere lalla baat sirf itni hai ki naa tumnei koi dhandha kiya peechhlei 8 mahino mei aur na hi koi activation jo khud initiate ki ho….. on air give aways ke toh kya kehnei…..

    aise mei company ne tumhei do waqt ki roti di toh khush ho jayo munna shukra manaao tumhaarei against koi case nahi kiya warna tumhaari harkatei toh aisi hi thi……

    baaki tension chhod paglei mast khush reh ki bach gaya……

    aur mere baaki ke bhaiyo thoda sa kasht karkei in mahaan hasti ka puraana track record toh dekhlo,, sab samajh aa jayega…..

    Lajwab hai sab log is organization me nakabil log bhar rakhe hai koi bhej raha english ache karo koi bhej raha hai kismat ache thi ki my fm ne koi case nahi kiya case karne ka karan non performance to nahin agar koi aur hota to ab tak tum kabil log case bana chuke hote .organization dyan de ke kon itna vehla hai jo espe anpi bhadas nikal raha hai, station head,programming head ya regional accounts head.esko bager kam ke jisne 8 mahene rakha sabse pehle usko nikalo,fer usko rakne wale ko agar fer bhi bhadas na nikle to aise mail likho lekin usme sach hona chaiye ki jinke vare me likha vohi log bhadas4media me apne comment de kyonki bhadas nakabil log yehi nikal sakte hain ha,ha,ha,ha. Bura vaqt tumhara bhi aa sakta hai jo ki aayega bahut jaldi kyonki kise ke mare pe hasoge to marna sab ne hai tumhare pe bhi hasne wale bahut hai.Iska purana trek aap log hi bata do kyonki tum logo ko usme jyada intrest hai.Pehle bhi kya isne kabil logo ki izzat sabke samne ki thi.
