जयपुर : राजस्थान सरकार अपने अधिस्वीकृत पत्रकारों को जयपुर-दिल्ली के बीच चलने वाली वोल्वो बसों में नि:शुल्क यात्रा की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने पर विचार कर रही है। मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने राजस्थान श्रमजीवी पत्रकार संघ के अध्यक्ष ईशमधु तलवार को लिखे एक पत्र में यह संकेत दिया है।
राजस्थान श्रमजीवी पत्रकार संघ की ओर से इस बारे में मुख्यमंत्री को पत्र लिख कर उनका ध्यान इस ओर आकृष्ट किया गया था कि जयपुर – दिल्ली मार्ग पर चलने वाली लगभग सभी डीलक्स बस सेवाएं बंद कर दी गई हैं, जिनमें पत्रकारों को नि:शुल्क यात्रा करने की सुविधा मिल रही थी। पत्र में डीलक्स बसों के स्थान पर शुरू की गई वोल्वो बसों में पत्रकारों को नि:शुल्क यात्रा की सुविधा दिए जाने का आग्रह किया गया था। इस पर मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने संघ के अध्यक्ष ईशमधु तलवार को लिखे पत्र में भरोसा दिलाया है कि वे इस मामले को दिखवा रहे हैं।

Yashwantji, If you permit than we can have a debate/discussion on ethics of journalists on separate heading. We can segreagate journalist who servives on the freebies in form of Cash, gift and other favours and Journalist who work endlessly and tiredlessly with complete honesty and dedication.
It is very easy to write a favourable or paid report but it is very difficult to justify your innerself (Antaratma) that you are a journalist. I remember few years ago person having journalist tag was considered as honest and fighter fighting for social rights, They were looked upon with great honour. They were writing stories which can bring revolution in the country. But now every other person who comes in contact with us says journalists are as corrupt and criminal minded as any other politician or bureaucrat.
Sir, Jaise ek gandi machli saare talab ko ganda karti hai similarly few journalists are polluting this noble profession.
We don’t have any regulatory body to control these bad persons but we can ourself form an unofficial union to boycott these tainted journalists.

आप मीडिया से कैसे और कितना जुड़े हुए हैं ये तो नहीं पता है पर जिज्ञासु की बात में कोई बुराई नहीं है। सब देश लूट रहे हैं तो देश चल कैसे रहा है और जब सब लूट ही रहे हैं तो आप भी लूटिए वोल्वो के पास से क्या कमा और बना पाएंगे? पर नोट कीजिए लूटने के लिए भी ताकत और अकल चाहिए होता है। दो वक्त का भोजन उससे मांगिए जिसका काम करते हैं – आपके हिसाब से तो वो लूट ही रहा है। नहीं तो उसका काम मत कीजिए। राजस्थान राज्य परिवहन निगम में नौकरी कीजिए – पास मिल ही जाएगा। आप जैसे दो वक्त की रोटी भी नहीं कमा पाने वाले पत्रकार कंडक्टर बनने लायक भी नहीं हैं – सुविधाएं चाहतें हैं कैबिनेट मंत्री और कैबिनेट सचिव के स्तर का। शर्म कीजिए और शर्म न हो तो कटोरा लेकर खड़े हो जाइए।

Chandrabhanji and Yashwant ji, few reporters had spoiled our image by repeatedly asking for favours in form of gifts, admission in colleges, freebies and sometime even cash in lieu of publishing favourable story or holding negative story.
It is very sorry state of journalism in few small towns where even stringers pose themeselves more stonger then DM, SP.
We media people ideally suppose to raise the voice of general public by highlighting their needs and problems and serving as messenger by giving public the news.
We should not pose as Samaj Ke thekedar and should respect every one.
Always remember we are the Fourth Pillar of Democracy and not the foundation stone.
Yashwant ji, if you want, I can provide you the whole list of journalist who are demanding unwanted favours inform of Cash, expensive gifts, free/subsidise admission in colleges.

wah jigyashu bhai, saare adhikari aur neht aaj desh ko lootne mei lage hai agar mamooli salary paane wale patrakar ko ek pass milale ki baat uyhi ( jo ki aab tak mila nahi hain aur na jaane kab mile ) to aap ko taklif ho rahi hai. aap to airline aur sea line ki baath kar rahe agar humein do vakht ka bhojan mil jaye to badi baat hai.

Why not, then demad free passes for Airlines, ocean sea liners, museums, disneyland etc. What is the need of free passes. If you are on official trip then organisation pays. Why we media persons need freebies for personal or unofficial trips.
The tendancy for getting everything free is not good. It increases bribery and corruption. We serve our organisation and society but it does not mean that we are authorised to travel free, eat free and publish PAID stories.
