23 अक्टूबर को सहारा के कर्तव्ययोगियों उर्फ कर्मयोगियों उर्फ कार्यकर्ताओं उर्फ मीडियाकर्मियों को एचआर उर्फ ह्यूमन रिसोर्स के हेड एके चंदेल ने एक मेल जारी कर कई नसीहतें दी हैं। इन नसीहतों से पता चलता है कि सहारा के टीवी और प्रिंट वाले लोगों की सुविधाओं में आजकल किस कदर कटौती की जा रही है। बताया जाता है कि वहां सभी तरह की छुट्टियां पहले से ही रद्द हैं। इस मेल को पढ़िए और बूझिए।

Leave cannot be claimed as a matter of right in the interest of the organization or exigencies of the service, sanctioning authority may use it direction to deny / revoke leave of any describtion. In line with above the competent authority has directed that.
1. Kartvyayogi who desire to obtain leave of absence shall require proper and prior sanction in writing of the authority duly authorized for any leave that is more than 3 days, the approval form will be sent to HR time management cell at least 10 days prior to the commencement of leave. All endeavors will be made to obtain prior sanction for planned leave from the authorized functionary, except unforeseen circumstances including illness. In such cases leave form is required to sent to HR Time management cell within 3 days of joining duty, failing which the period of absence will be marked as LWP.
2. Following amendment may please be inserted under chapter 5 clause H regarding leave rules of service code of Sahara India TV and Print.
(a) Compensatory leave shall not be clubbed / availed along with casual leave, medical leave, PL, EL and weekly off.
(b) Compensatory leave shall not be adjusted against medical reason.
(c) Compensatory leave shall not be entitled for accumulation rather it has to be availed within next 7 days of Compensatory off entitlement.
This above is applicable with immediate effect.
