सऊदी अरब से सलमान भाई की चिट्ठी

कुछ दिनों पहले सलमान अहमद नाम से एक सज्जन ने Who killed Ranjan Das? शीर्षक से एक आर्टिकल भेजा जिसमें बताया गया कि रंजन दास जैसे होनहार, मेहनती और बहुमुखी प्रतिभा के धनी नौजवान की अचानक मौत इसलिए हो गई क्योंकि वे काम के धुन में सोने पर बहुत कम ध्यान देते थे. इस आर्टिकल में सलमान अहमद ने विस्तार से बताया है कि सोना कितना जरूरी है.

सलमान अहमद ने अपने बारे में कोई परिचय नहीं दिया था. सो, आर्टिकल पब्लिश करने के बाद उनकी तस्वीर व उनकी ब्रीफ प्रोफाइल की मांग कर डाली. सलमान ने परिचय व फोटो तो भेजा ही, भड़ास4मीडिया की तारीफ में एक लंबा पत्र भी भेजा. साथ में उन्होंने कल शाम फोन कर भड़ास4मीडिया और मुझे ढेर सारी दुवाएं-शुभकामनाएं दे डालीं. सलमान भाई का परिचय पढ़कर थोड़ा आश्चर्य हुआ और गर्व की भी अनुभूति हुई. अगर आम पत्रकारों की तरह अगर वे भी पत्रकारिता के किसी सेफ जोन में पड़े होते तो आज उनके पास इतने वर्सेटाइल अनुभव नहीं होते.

ईटीवी न्यूज चैनल, मुंसिफ अखबार समेत कई मैग्जीनों-अखबारों में काम कर चुके सलमान अहमद इन दिनों सऊदी अरब में एक एड एजेंसी के स्लोगन राइटर व असिस्टेंट पब्लिक रिलेशन आफिसर हैं. बिहार के दरभंगा जिले के निवासी सलमान अहमद ने हैदराबाद विश्वविद्यालय से मास कम्युनिकेशन एंड जर्नलिज्म में एमए किया है. अपने बारे में सलमान आगे लिखते हैं- ”Basically I am a student, every time I want to learn from the educated persons and experts like you. I hope your company will make me rich and wealthy in the fields of knowledge and learning.”

Like that when a financial system weakens in one country, prosperity is hurt everywhere. When a new flu infects one human being, all are at risk. When one nation pursues a nuclear weapon, the risk of nuclear attack rises for all nations. When violent extremists operate in one stretch of mountains, people are endangered across an ocean, same as same, when some news channel began to forget their responsibility this bad affections damage the other good one.
