हिंदुस्तान, पटना से खबर है कि वाइस प्रेसीडेंट वाईसी अग्रवाल के दाहिने हाथ माने जाने वाले जनरल मैनेजर सेल्स विजय सिंह का तबादला दिल्ली कर दिया गया है. इस कवायद को वाईसी के पर कतरने के रूप में भी देखा जा रहा है. माना जा रहा है कि प्रबंधन अब पुरानी टीम से मुक्ति चाहती है और नए लोगों को प्रमोट करना चाहती है.
विजय सिंह कभी बतौर जनरल मैनेजर सेल्स तीन प्रदेशों यूपी, बिहार और झारखंड देखा करते थे. उनसे पहले यूपी का प्रभार छीना गया. बाद में अनआफिसियली झारखंड को भी उनके हिस्से से हटा लिया गया. सूत्रों का कहना है कि झारखंड को आफिसयली तो नहीं लेकिन आपरेशनली विजय सिंह से छीन लिया गया था. उनके पास कुल मिलाकर बिहार ही शेष था और अब उस बिहार से भी उन्हें हटाकर दिल्ली बुला लिया गया है. विजय सिंह की जगह पटना में धनबाद यूनिट के मैनेजर पंकज यादुका को लाए जाने की चर्चा है.
वाईसी के एक और करीबी कौशल वर्मा को पहले ही कई तबादलों की सजा दी जा चुकी है जिससे आजिज आकर कौशल ने इस्तीफा ही दे दिया. कौशल वर्मा पहले लखनऊ में पोस्टेड थे और जनरल मैनेजर के रूप में यूपी देखते थे. उन्हें पहले दिल्ली बुलाया गया. फिर वहां से इलाहाबाद भेजा गया. बाद में गोरखपुर जाने के लिए कह दिया गया. इस तरह कौशल ने इस्तीफा देना ही उचित समझा. वाईसी के बारे में भी बताया जा रहा है कि वे रिटायर हो चुके हैं लेकिन प्रबंधन द्वारा दिए गए एक्सटेंशन पर चल रहे हैं. देखना है कि प्रबंधन उन्हें एक्सटेंशन देकर और कितने दिन अपने साथ जोड़े रखता है.

yeh khabar munger ke krishna prasad jaise nishthawan avam samarpit midea karmi ke liye purnatah santoshprad nahi mani ja sakti.hintustan ne jis chadam ka paryog kar apni chhudarta ka parichay diya hai.vah nindaniy hai.kuch ek logon ko hata kar patra apni chavi sudharna chahta hai.uske parpanch kon dekhde hue use labh nahi pahunchajayega.aakhirkar use aur mulya chukana hoga.

We should look the things in right prespective.
Vijat Singh is going to Delhi on his choice with promotion, increment and a very good profile.So one should not read anything negative out of it. Moreover he is most sought after sales guy in Bihar/Jharkhand and it hardly seems possible for anyone to punish him. He will a prize catch for any newspaper of this region and therefore one can’t make him move without his consent.If this is the position of Vijay Singh one can understand standing of YC.
Likewise Kaushal Verma too moved with promotion and very good profile and done well in the group. Changing job after so many years that too with handsome money and profile should not be treated as negative.
I think this company has now come out from the hangover of new/old and is moving towards the challanges ahead.

Vijay Singh hindustan akhbar ke liye bhar ho gaye the.Darasal koi bhi scheme market me bina len-denke nahi chalti thi.Unke karan media me jabardast asantosh tha.YC bhi unki kargujarion se bakif ho gaye the jiska parinam samne hai.Any way I only say Aall is well for real HINDUSTAN.
