बी4एम पर सुभाष चंद्रा ने देर से आने वालों को पकड़ा शीर्षक से प्रकाशित खबर में इस बात का उल्लेख किया गया है कि चेयरमैन के निरीक्षण के बाद सभी कर्मियों को एक आंतरिक मेल जारी किया गया। इस आंतरिक मेल की एक प्रति बी4एम के भी हाथ लगी है, जिसे यहां प्रकाशित किया जा रहा है-

It has been noticed that some of the staff members are not adhering to the office timings and are coming late to the office. It is also noticed that some staff members are irregular in punching their attendance in the machine installed at the gate. These lapses are being viewed very seriously. All staff members are hereby informed to be strict to their office/shift timings, and also requested to punch their cards at both times to mark their attendance. Any leave of absence or late comings have to be informed to their HODs well in advance.
Display of I.Cards prominently in the premises are compulsory and hence all are requested to follow the same without fail.
All HODs are requested to inform the staff working under them not to go out of the gate unnecessarily and also inform them to strictly follow the above instructions.
