भाई यशवंत जी, नमस्कार. द संडे इंडियन के हिंदी संस्करण में क्या कुछ चल रहा है और कितनी अराजक व्यवस्था है, इसका अंदाजा फारवर्ड किए गए ई मेल से लगा सकते हैं. पूरे आफिस में अराजकता, अनप्रोफेशनलिज्म और चाटुकारिता का माहौल बन गया है. डेस्क पर काम करने वाले लोगों के लिए स्थिति दिन-ब-दिन बदतर होती जा रही है. पत्रिका के वरिष्ठ पदों पर कब्जा जमाए ओंकारेश्वर पांडे और अनिल पांडे की जोड़ी ने काम करने वालों का जीना हराम कर दिया है.

Dear Sir,
To know that who has sent the mail, it is necessary to investigate veracity of the content of the mail & take solid step to solve the problem in the office. It is natural that someone from TSI Hindi team might has sent the mail. Mail sender want to remain anonymous due to anarchy & disorder in the office. Sir, the fact is that the Managing Editor (Hindi & Bhojpuri) Onkareshwar Pandey & Associate Editor (Hindi & Bhojpuri) Anil Pandey behaviors towards juniors is getting bad. They have became autocrat. Work culture in office is collapsing. They are interested to get there own work done by juniors instead the magazine work.
Beside, they keep rain of terror of losing job on their juniors mind. The whole team members of TSI Hindi & Bhojpuri are victim of mental & physical exploitation. Many complain have been lodge in this connection to Sutanu sir, but there have been no changing in this situation. He has been unable to do anything. Sir, Srirajesh & Reena Pandey of Bhojpuri team resigned of few day ago due to these region.
However, Reena Pandey return to work after convincing, but Srirajesh refuse to return to work. It can be gauge for this incident, that how much he (Srirajesh) might had been hurt. If the situation does not improve in coming days few more team members of Hindi & Bhojpuri may resign.
Sir, hope that you will initiate to take solid step in this direction.
On the name of expansion and development of magazine above mention persons are grinding there own asp. If you see the issue of magazine of last 6 months you will realize you self the magazine are not own par of the standard.

mai aisa nahi manta. onkareshwar jee ke sath maine kam kiya hai aur unke bqre mein yah puri tarah galat hsi.
once upon a time even in Kannada section of TSI, Satish Chapparike was behaving similarly. Finally he was given the due by Sutanu Guru. Hope these Pandey duo get the same at right time.
Dont think situation changed in TSI Kannada after Chapparike left. Actually situation has been worsened in Kannada. At least some articles always lean towards extreme leftist ideology. They wont even hesitate to defend Naxals some times. Moreover, some articles contain indecent language and you can feel the influence of yellow journalism on it. I also heard that those who oppose extreme leftist ideologies in Bangalore office are harassed badly. I wonder how come these sensitive issues have been reached to Sutanu Guru.

यह तो मदद करने का नतीजा है। टीएसआई टीम के ये महानुभाव दूसरे जरुरतमंद साथियों का दरवाजा बंद करने का असफल प्रयास कर रहे हैं। मेरी समझ से इसका कोई असर नहीं होगा। क्योंकि दुनिया सबकों जानती है।
यशवंत भाई, मैं खुद द संडे इंडियन का सदस्य रहा हूं। ओकारेश्वर पांडेय जी के साथ काम करने का मौका मिला है। अनिल पांडेय जी को भी जानता हूं। लेकिन अपने डेढ़ साल के कार्यावधि में मुझे कभी भी ऐसा नहीं लगा कि ये दोनों लोग अपने सहयोगियों के साथ बुरा व्यवहार कर रहे हैं। अगर कोई गलती करता था तो उसे सुझावात्मक सलाह जरूर दी जाती थी लेकिन उसमें आदेशात्मक भाव कभी नहीं होता था…जिसने भी यह लेटर भेजा है वह टीएसआई के सदस्यों के बीच में फूट डालने का काम कर रहा है…किसी के झूठे प्रचार से आज तक ना तो कोई बदनाम हुआ है और न ही होगा। संस्थान को चाहिए कि वह इस तरह के गैरजिम्मेदार आदमी का पता लगाए और उसके चेहरे को जगजाहिर करे। हो सके तो इस मामले को साइबर सेल को भी सूपुर्द करे ताकि दूध का दूध और पानी का पानी हो सके। इस गैर जिम्मेदार आदमी के कारण मुझे नही लगता कि ओकारेश्वर जी औऱ अनिल जी को किसी तरह के तनाव में रहना चाहिए।
