हिन्दुस्तान, पटना के संपादक अकु श्रीवास्तव इन दिनों काफी बौखलाए हुए हैं। उन्हें जब से यह पता चला है कि गया में प्रभात खबर का प्रसाद हिन्दुस्तान से मात्र साढ़े चार हजार नीचे है तब से उनकी बेचैनी और बढ़ गई है। शनिवार को गया गए हुए अकु ने वहीं से प्रोवेंशियल डेस्क पर गया का पेज देखने वाली सरिता सिंह को फोन कर हड़काया और उन्हें अन्यत्र तबादला करने की भी धमकी दी। ऐसी ही धमकी गया के माडम प्रभारी सतीश मिश्रा को भी दी गई।
इधर हिन्दुस्तान में काम करने वाले हर जिले के प्रभारी और पत्रकार संपादक के उस फरमान से परेशान हैं जिस फरमान के तहत उन्हें उनके जिले से प्रतिभा सम्मान समारोह का दो हजार फार्म भरवाकर 25 जुलाई तक पटना कार्यालय को भेजने को कहा गया है। हिन्दुस्तान प्रति वर्ष ‘हिन्दुस्तान प्रतिभा सम्मान समारोह’ का आयोजन करता है। इस वर्ष यह समारोह 31 जुलाई को निर्धारित है पर अपेक्षाकृत फार्म भरने वाले छात्रों की संख्या इस वर्ष काफी कम है जबकि प्रभात खबर ने शनिवार को पटना में प्रतिभा सम्मान समारोह का सफल आयोजन कर हिन्दुस्तान को खुली चुनौती दे दी।
अब जिलों में बिना फार्म भेजे ही जिले के रिपोर्टरों को यह कड़े निर्देश दिए जा रहे हैं कि हिन्दुस्तान में प्रकाशित फार्म का 2000 प्रति फोटो कॉपी करा रिपोर्टर हर स्कूल में जाएं और 25 जुलाई तक फार्म भरवाकर हिन्दुस्तान कार्यालय में जमा करें अन्यथा उनकी नौकरी नहीं बचेगी। ताज्जुब की बात तो यह है कि इस काम के लिए रिपोर्टरों को अपनी जेब से खर्च करने का भी फरमान जारी किया गया है। अब रिपोर्टर बेचारे क्या करें।

hindustan ke reporter hona ek majdor se kam nahi hota hai. Waha ki service karne se acha hai majdoori karna

It seems that Prabhat khabar is taking Hindustan head on at every front be it circulation, editorial, quality manpower, advertisement and now events. Earlier no other newspaper even thought of doing this in Bihar and all were just trying to follow the Hindustan to some extend. Now only Prabhat Khabar is showing Hindustan that they can plan and execute every thing with precision despite being a lesser player as on date. Prabhat khabar is showing the mental which a leader should have and now it seems only a matter of time that Hindustan will loose all platform in Bihar to this newspaper.
Good management is the art of making problems so interesting and their solutions so constructive that everyone wants to get to work and deal with them…..and it seems that it is with Prabhat Khabar right now
