परेश नाथ का पत्र दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण : कामा (अंतिम)

आरोपों-प्रत्यारोपों के कारण हैदराबाद में आईएनएस की 24 सितंबर को होने वाली एजीएम के हंगामेदार होने के आसार है। फिलहाल हम परेश नाथ, सुनील डांग और ज्योति प्रकाश खान के पत्रों के बाद आईएनएस अध्यक्ष एचएन कामा का पत्र प्रकाशित करने जा रहे हैं। कामा ने ज्योति प्रकाश खान को लिखे पत्र में परेश नाथ के आरोपों को दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण बताया है। साथ ही परेश पर कई तरह के आरोप जड़े हैं। कामा ने कहा है कि परेश ने इलना के अध्यक्ष के बतौर मुंबई के रजिस्टर्ड आफिस को बंद करा दिया और एजीएम बुलाने से इनकार कर रहे हैं। यह भी आरोप लगाया है कि वे बैलेंश शीट अपनी कमेटी के मेंबरों से शेयर नहीं कर रहे हैं। पूरा पत्र इस प्रकार है-

Dear Mr. Khan

Thank you for your mail of this afternoon, reposing confidence in working of the present INS Committee. It is most unfortunate that Mr. Paresh Nath had made allegations against the very Committee in which he sits and participates. You will see from the minutes of the Executive Committee meetings where he has been present, that there has been no dissent or points raised by him on the functioning of INS. His letter therefore, in very poor taste, is seen by me as nothing but a pathetic attempt at canvassing for votes.

Perhaps you are aware, that Mr. Paresh Nath as President, ILNA, has virtually shut down the Registered office in Bombay, and I am informed that he is refusing to call an AGM or share the audited Accounts and Balance Sheet with his own Executive Committee, let alone all ILNA members.

Since you have circulated your letter to INS members, I am taking the liberty of circulating your mail of today also, so that members get the complete picture.

I look forward to seeing you in Hyderabad and welcoming you on the 24th.
