मौर्य टीवी के तकनीकी कार्यप्रणाली को बेहतर बनाने के लिए पटना स्थित मुख्यालय में हाल-फिलहाल काफी कुछ किया गया है. चैनल के री-इंटीग्रेशन अभियान के तहत फर्स्ट फ्लोर पर मौजूद पीसीआर को सेकेंड फ्लोर पर शिफ्ट कर दिया गया है ताकि चैनल के आपरेशन में आसानी हो सके. चैनल का स्टूडियो पहले से ही सेकेंड फ्लोर पर मौजूद है. इसके अलावा एक और नया पीसीआर बनाया गया है. चैनल के आपरेशन को ज्यादा बेहतर बनाने के लिए एक मास्टर स्विच के साथ एक एमसीआर रूम भी इंट्रोड्यूस किया गया है.
चैनल की तकनीकी और वर्क फ्लो में खामियों को दुरुस्त करने और री-इंटीग्रेशन का काम अंजाम दिया युवा ब्राडकास्ट कंसल्टेंट श्याम साल्वी ने. श्याम साल्वी ने यह काम महज 20-25 दिनों में कंप्लीट कर दिया. श्याम साल्वी ने सबसे पहले चैनल के वर्क फ्लो की री-डिजाइनिंग की. कुछ नए उपकरण लाए गए. बेहद कम संसाधनों व बजट में ही पूरे चैनल का री-इंटीग्रेशन कर दिया गया. री-इंटीग्रेशन के बाद चैनल के आपरेशन में ज्यादा आसानी हो गई है.
इस पूरे काम में श्याम साल्वी का साथ दिया चैनल के तकनीकी हेड अनुराग मिश्रा ने. चैनल के मालिक प्रकाश झा मौर्य टीवी में आए बदलाव को सकारात्मक करार दिया और इससे खुश दिखे. चैनल के डायरेक्टर मुकेश कुमार ने भी श्याम साल्वी और अनुराग मिश्रा की मेहनत से आए नतीजे को शानदार बताया.

मौर्य टीवी के री-इंटीग्रेशन की सफलता के लिए पूरी टेक्नीकल टीम को ढेर सारी शुभकामनाएं…सफलता का दूसरा नाम ही श्मास साल्वी है…वो जो करते वो सबसे बेहतर होता…कम संसाधनो में कैसे काम किया जाता है और उसे वो बहुत ही बेहतर तरीके से करने विश्वास करते है….आज तक साल्वी जी ने जो किया उसमे उन्हे सफलता जरूर मिली है….एक बार फिर उन्होने रात दिन काम करके इस कार्य को बहुत कम वक्त में अंजाम दिया हैं…जिसका श्रेय उनकी पूरी टेक्नीकल टीम को जाता हैं…उनकी पूरी टाम ईमानदारी, मेहनत और लगन से काम करने में विश्वास करती है…जो उनकी टीम में बेहतर कार्य करता है उसका श्रेय वो उस टीम सदस्य को जरूर देते हैं….साल्वी जी तकनीक के क्षेत्र में मेहनती और युवाओं को आगे बढ़ाने में विश्वास करते हैं…शायद यही वजह है…कि साल्वी नामुमकिन को भी मुमकिन कर देते है…इतने कम वक्त में उन्होने ना सिर्फ मौर्य टीवी के कार्य को अंजाम दिया है..बल्कि इससे पहले भी और भी कई चैनलों को री-इंटीग्रेटेड कर चुके है…उदाहरण के तौर पर उन्होने ने साधन टीवी के कई चैनलों के काम बहुत ही कम वक्त में अंजाम दिया है। मौर्य टीवी की इस कामयाबी में उनकी टीम युनिटी की सराहाना की जानी चाहिए जिन्होने इतने कम वक्त में इसे अंजाम दिया है…और उम्मीद कर सकते है कि मौर्य टीवी आने वाले वक्त में बिहार में बुलंदियो की ऊंचाईयों को छूएगा…इस कामयाबी के लिए एक बार फिर मौर्य टीम को ढेर सारी बधाई…All the best…..

If technical experts like Mr salvi would be there to reintegrate the channel than work flow will definately get better coz he is master of his profession n knows exactly what has to be delivered ,his work exellency is shown in our channel also.wishes for Mr Jha ..his channel will reach more heights.

There is a saying “Hard work and Preservation always pay”. That is what best define, one of the prolific genius in broadcast technology that this country has, Mr Shayam Salvi. I take this oppurtunity to congratulate Mr salvi for his achievement and contribution to the broadcast journalism. Hope to see many more contributions from Mr Salvi in coming days. channel integration is the most important aspect for smooth functioning of a channel ,one small error can disturb the whole working & reintegration is even more tougher i think only genius people like Shyam salvi & Anurag could achieve this task in such short span …
