: आरकेबी को बदनाम करने की कोशिश : लेमन न्यूज़ को लेकर इन दिनों तरह-तरह की खबरें खास तौर पर भड़ास मीडिया पर प्रकाशित की जा रही है. साथ ही आरकेबी यानी राजीव बजाज साहब को लेकर भी कुछ मनगढ़ंत बातों को यहाँ पर लगातार प्रकाशित किया जा रहा है, लेकिन दुःख इस बात का होता है कि जिन लोगों पर आरकेबी ने अपना पूरा विश्वास दिखाया था या वे लोग भी कभी उनके विश्वास पर खरे उतरे थे, ऐसे लोग जो इस समय कुछ ऐसी बातें प्रकाशित कर रहे हैं, जिनका कोई तात्पर्य नहीं है.
लेमन न्यूज़ से जुड़े रहने के चलते यहाँ पर एक बात साफ़ करनी होगी कि यहाँ पर जो लोग शुरुआती दौर से काम कर रहे हैं या किसी ने बाद में ज्वाइन किया है, उन अधिकांश सभी लोगों को यहाँ पर काम करने का मौका दिया गया था, खास तौर पर एडिटोरियल वालों को. इनमें से कई लोग आज भी यहाँ पर अपनी पुरानी लगन के साथ काम कर रहे हैं या कुछ लोगों को दूसरे चैनल में मौका मिल गया तो वे चले गए हैं. इन सभी लोगों ने आरकेबी साहब के साथ काम करने की चाहत दिखाई थी.
आरकेबी साहब के साथ मैं खुद सन 1999 से काम कर रहा हूं और आज भी उन्हीं के साथ हूं. हा एक बात सच जरुर है कि यहाँ पर फायनेंशियल दिक्कत है, जो शायद और भी कई जगहों पर इस समय चल रही है, लेकिन यहाँ पर काम करने वालो का पैसा डूबाया नहीं जा रहा है क्योंकि भले ही लोगों को उनका मानधन देरी से मिलता है लेकिन मिलता जरुर है. और ये बात यहाँ पर काम करने वाले हर शख्स को पता भी है क्योंकि उसे यहाँ पर ज्वाइन करने पहले ही बताया जाता है. इन हालत में लोग अनुभव पाने के लिए आरकेबी साहब के साथ काम करने की चाहत दिखाते हैं और जुड़ भी जाते हैं. ऐसे लोगों को किसी तरह की कोई बंदिश नहीं होती है कि वे यहीं पर रहकर काम करते रहें, यदि उन्हें किसी बड़े चैनल में काम करने का मौका मिल जाता है तब वह व्यक्ति पूरी रजामंदी के साथ जा सकता है.
अब शायद कुछ लोग आरकेबी साहब के साथ किसी बात को लेकर नाराज हो गए हैं, जो कभी उनके साथ पूरी लगन के साथ जुड़े रहे, ये लोग आज कुछ मनगढ़ंत बातों को प्रकाशित करवा रहे हैं, जिनका उनके विवाद से कोई तात्पर्य नहीं बनता, क्योंकि इन लोगों को अपनी असल नाराजगी आरकेबी के साथ मिलकर या बात करके सुलझानी चाहिए. यहाँ पर किसी की भावनाओं को ठेस पहुंचाना मकसद नहीं है, असल नाराजगी पर चर्चा कर उसका निदान निकालना अहम है, क्योंकि आरकेबी को लेकर यदि कोई मनगढ़ंत बात यहाँ पर प्रकाशित की जाती है तो उसका दुष्परिणाम नयी पीढ़ी पर पड़ने के साथ किसी व्यक्ति विशेष की लाइफ के साथ खिलवाड़ भी हो सकता है. पत्रकारिता के क्षेत्र में रहते हुए हमें इस बात का हमेशा एहसास रहना भी चाहिए.
मुझे लगता है कि आज भी लेमन न्यूज़ में फायनेंशियल दिककत को छोड़ कर काम के सभी हालत ठीक हैं. सभी महिला एवं पुरुष कर्मी पूरी ईमानदारी के साथ आरकेबी साहब के साथ काम कर रहे हैं, यहां लेमन न्यूज़ के मालिक ज़हीर अहमद साहब का भी इसमें पूरा सहयोग मिल रहा है. भले ही कुछ लोग ज़हीर अहमद साहब और आरकेबी साहब के बीच विवाद कराने की कोशिश करते रहे हो. लेकिन दोनों ही चैनल को लगातार हो रही फायनेंशियल दिक्कत को दूर करने की कोशिश में हैं. उम्मीद करते हैं कि हालात जल्द सामान्य होंगे और जो लोग नाराज हुए हैं, उनकी नाराजगी दूर होगी.

WITH MALICE TOWARDS NONE,
I have been working with Lemon News for the past 22 months and it is purely my preference to work for this organization. I am neither under any contract nor am I under any kind of demand to work here and alike applies to all. It is solely our prerogative to be associated with this particular group for as long as we wish to. If I have another/better option, then unquestionably it is my call to prefer.
Here at Lemon news we usually don’t chatter news as RKB, although jokingly, but precisely says “The audience will prefer CNN to LEMON NEWS for actual and factual news”. But we thrash out issues mostly associated to the middle/lower middle class section of the society. If we initiate a campaign to compel the government to reduce the over charged power tariffs, or to help the people below poverty line to get an appropriate ration card where they can get their portion at subsidized rates, which otherwise is ahead of their capacity to obtain from the bazaar, or to join hands with the disadvantaged, falling under the governments “Slum Rehabilitation Scheme(SRA)” to help them acquire a suitable shelter without having to go through the ubiquitous process of greasing the palms of our dexterous ‘sarkari babus’, or even for that matter our drive to “SAVE THE GANGA”, the heritage river which is on the verge of annihilation, and in all these cases the community is at its discretion to join us or not join us in these combats. None is coerced as none is enforced to work for Lemon News.
People who have been writing not in favor of RKB might now not be pleased if people are made aware of this actuality that they were endowed with employment here when there was a severe financial crunch in the whole world and almost all bigger companies were downsizing on the workforce. Everything was admirable to them till the time they were in a position of dictating upon the more proficient and skillful staff. But when things started getting haywire just because of their incompetence and disorganization in handling the place of duty that they were not actually supposed to be at, they started behaving more sadistically with their subordinates and tried to vent their spleen over sundry issues. Was it to screen their ineptitude? No clear clues…
As far as the financial crisis is concerned, I intentionally pointed out the economic crunch around the world in the previous paragraph so that we might evoke that even one of the world’s biggest financial service providing firm ‘LEHMAN BROTHERS” was declared bankrupt following the drastic losses in its stock, leading to massive exodus of its clients.
In all probability ‘LEMON NEWS’ must have been no exception, being a very very small organization in contrast to LEHMAN. Coincidently the pronunciation is almost similar, but here we go by the old Jewish proverb that “THIS TOO SHALL PASS”
