1] Freeze the THREE companies accounts, appoint an administrator to secure the investments of investors – Investors Funds- deposit mobilized, BOND,bond money , OFCD’s of “Sahara India Real Estate Corporation Limited”SIREC ,”Sahara Housing Investment Corporation Limited and Sahara India Commercial corporation Ltd[ SICCL] The investors demand the immediate suspension of ROC-KANPUR, Mr Shah for illegally taking up for Sahara group companies “Sahara India Real Estate Corporation Limited” ,”Sahara Housing Investment Corporation Limited and Sahara India Commercial corporation Ltd[ SICCL].” and betraying the interests of investors
2] that the complaint to you is of “Sahara India Real Estate Corporation Limited”- SIREC , “Sahara Housing Investment Corporation Limited- SHICL, Sahara India Commercial corporation Ltd[ SICCL
3] the attachments attached herewith also includes deposits , bonds, public issues taken by the said companies
4] the Companies had claimed “private circulations” in their forms and know it has come to light that there was lakhs of investors. ROC- Kanpur has given the said Companies clean chit – part of the Allahabad High Court records
5] In both the Companies the cheques were taken in the name of “SAHARA INDIA”, WE ARE SHOCKED HOW THE ROC HAS OVERLOOKED SUCH GLARING ACT OF COMMISSION AND THE ROC LETTER ADDRESSED TO SAHARA GROUP SAYING THAT “EXPLANATIONS ARE SATISFACTORY” ARE SHOCKING WHICH IS A PART OF THE COURT RECORD.
6] We request that the ROC order investigations of accounts of both the companies “Sahara India Real Estate Corporation Limited”- SIREC , “Sahara Housing Investment Corporation Limited- SHICL, Sahara India Commercial corporation Ltd[ SICCL under various relevant sections of the Companies act proof of both the companies are attached herewith this email.
7] It is also shocking that the ROC-KANPUR has told the media that the action has to originate from headquarters, Delhi. But surprisingly even after gross and shocking violations by both the companies, ROC-Kanpur has not written, even a letter in this regard seeking permission to investigate & prosecute the THREE companies, seeking permission from HQ-Delhi.
8] We request you to immediately take action because if cheques are being taken in the name of “Sahara India” for deposit mobilization, OFCDs, BONDS Fixed Deposits etc being mobilized in the name of Sahara India Real Estate Corporation Limited but also of [ SICCL] AND Sahara Housing Investment Corporation Limited, then without reasonable doubt the ROC-Kanpur is aware and turning a blind eye to the misgivings of these companies, whereas it is the most imperative for ROC-Kanpur to protect the investors.
9] we request immediate action against THREE Companies”Sahara India Real Estate Corporation Limited”- SIREC , “Sahara Housing Investment Corporation Limited- SHICL, Sahara India Commercial corporation Ltd[ SICCL and prosecution of directors under various relevant sections of the Companies Act and investigation of accounts of both these Companies, appointment of administrator to secure the investment of the investors
