कोर्ट में अतुल माहेश्वरी की घेरेबंदी शुरू

: कोर्ट ने सीबीआई को स्टेटस रिपोर्ट पेश करने को कहा : अगली सुनवाई 17 जनवरी को : आज दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट के कोर्ट नंबर तीस में अमर उजाला के मालिकों के झगड़े की सुनवाई शुरू हुई. अशोक अग्रवाल की तरफ से दायर याचिका पर उनके वकीलों ने अपना पक्ष रखा. अतुल माहेश्वरी व सीबीआई की तरफ से भी वकील पेश हुए. कोर्ट ने सुनवाई के बाद अतुल माहेश्वरी को नोटिस भेजने / जवाब देने / पक्ष रखने और सीबीआई को पूरे मामले में स्टेटस रिपोर्ट पेश करने को कहा.

सूत्रों से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार कोर्ट ने अगली सुनवाई की डेट 17 जनवरी तय की है. अशोक अग्रवाल की याचिका में जो प्रमुख बातें कही गई हैं, वह इस प्रकार है-

In the matter of Ashok Agarwal Vs CBI & Atul Maheshwari

Prayers:-

1. To direct Central Bureau of Investigation to probe into the role played by Atul Maheshwari for offences committed in RC no. 03(A)09-ACU-IX and if offences under section 120(B) IPC read with sections 7, 8, 12, 13(2) read with section 13(1) (d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act or any other act are made out/direct the Central Bureau of Investigation; and/or

2. To direct Central Bureau of Investigation  to array Atul Maheshwari as a co-accused in case of Central Bureau of Investigation as conspirator of the offence;

3. To grant a writ of Mandamus directing the Central Bureau of Investigation to expedite the investigation;

4. To direct the CBI to mandatorily periodically submit Action Taken Reports before this Hon’ble court to ensure that the investigation is being carried out in a fair and transparent manner;

5. And may pass such further orders as may do complete justice in the facts and circumstances of the case.
