We write to you on behalf our client Sweta Singh (our Client), who is an Indian Journalist and news presenter that works at Aaj Tak which is an Indian Hindi language news channel that is owned by TV Today Network. She works as a news anchor and Senior Executive Editor of Special Programming at the mentioned organization. As a veteran journalist, it is her moral and social responsibility in bringing news to the general public, against all odds which includes placing herself in harm’s way because of the trust factor that has been bestowed on her by her viewers and the entire Indian nation, who seeks truth rather than the news.
It has come to Our Clients notice about an altercation that she had with an individual in public was captured on camera without her knowledge and that video has been circulated by the said person across social media platforms with a sole intent to defame her and ruin her career. The uploading of such a video without her consent is a breach of her privacy and outrages the modesty of our client which is a criminal act and cannot go unpunished by law.

In the light of the forgoing, kindly disable the abovementioned defaming URL(s) / account / channel immediately, else our client will be forced to initiate further action to safeguard her reputation and career.

जब स्वयं पर बात आई तो ऐसे PRESSITUTES को प्राइवेसी याद आ गई , इन जैसों को किसी अन्य नागरिक की प्राइवेसी की चिंता नहीं होती जब यह लोग TRP के लिए किसी के भी निजी बेड रूम तक पहुंच जाते हैं
ऐसे दोगलों के लिए चुल्लू भर पानी
वैसे गुड़िया का नहले पे दहला बहुत बढ़िया

बिटिया ने बिल्कुल सटिक जवाब दिया है। इस संबंध में भड़ास पर ही मैंने पहले ही कमेंट किया था कि सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर और सार्वजनिक कार्य में निहित लोगों का कृत्य निजिता के दायरे में नहीं आता।
