Complaint to Chief Election Commissioner of India
Subject: Complaint against Mr.Imran Masood S/O late Rashid Masood, candidate, Indian National Congress from Saharanpur (Uttar Pradesh) constituency for filling false information through affidavit submitted to election commission for contesting election of Member of Parliament India.
Respected Sir,
I, Bharat Bhushan Longani, S/O late Shri Dwarka Nath Longani, age 64 years, resident of Lot-3, Indeenarayan Street, St.Francois, Calodyne, Mauritius (Republic of Mauritius) By birth Indian National now Mauritius national and holder of Overseas Citizen of India registration card, hereby submit my complaint against Imran Masood for filing false information through affidavit submitted to you, for contesting Parliament election from Saharanpur constituency.
This is to inform you that the agricultural land “Village Ibrahimpur Masai, Pargna Bhagwanpur, Tehsil Roorkee, District Haridwar, Uttranchal. Khasra number 332,337,338 “ mentioned in his affidavit, does not belong to him rather the same belongs to me and other owners. Not an inch of land of these khasra mentioned in his affidavit belongs to him. I was the part owner of land of khasra 332,337,338 etc. since 1992. Copy of Fard (Land record) enclosed. However, with the help of false, fabricated, nonexistent POWER OF ATTORNEY he got land falsely registered and mutated in his name.
When I became aware of the fact, I filed a criminal complaint case, FIR no. 216/2012 u/s 420, 406, 467, 468 & 471 at Roorkee, Police station civil lines and also simultaneously filled civil suit and suit at Chakbandhi court, Roorkee. On 27.5.2014 CO Chakbandhi ordered transfer and mutation of the same land in my favor. (copies of various orders enclosed) I am the absolute owner of that said land once again since 2014.
Therefore the immovable land property shown in his affidavit does not belong to him and for the ulterior motive, he has submitted false affidavit. These facts can be checked/verified by your good self.
Also in his affidavit, he has not mentioned FIR number 216/2012 u/s 420, 406, 467, 468,471 registered at Police station civil lines, Roorkee.
Please investigate the matter and take appropriate action against Imran Masood including cancellation of his nomination papers and other criminal & civil action as per the law of the country.
Sir, Since I am residing at Mauritius the only way to access affidavit filed by Imran Masood was your website. Please condone any delay in filling this complaint as the copy of affidavit was only uploaded on your website (eci.gov.in) on Monday ie 1.4.2018 (only 48 hours back).
