नीचे Jantantra TV को किया गया ये मेरा 2 दिन पहले का मेल है। शायद इन्हें ऐसे mails का फर्क नहीं पड़ता। क्यूँकि इनकी प्रशासन के साथ पकड़ अच्छी होगी.. एक employee तो ही है। थक हार के बैठ जायेगी। क्या ही बिगाड़ लेगी। ज्यादा करेगी इंडस्ट्री में नौकरी नहीं मिलेगी… बाहर कर दी जायेगी।

पर शायद ये भूल रहे हैं। सबक है ऐसे लोगों के लिए कि जिस स्त्री ने ये सोच लिया हो की वो ऐसी नौकरी कभी नहीं करेगी जिसमे उसके स्वाभिमान का कोई अस्तित्व ही न बचे और वो एक सफल गृहिणी बन जायेगी। जिसे बैलगाड़ी से लेकर bullet चलानी आती है। हौसला रखती है की नौबत आने पर वो चूल्हे पर खाना बना सकती है। किसी भी परिस्तिथि में रह सकती पर गलत, झूठ, और चरित्र से समझौता नहीं कर सकती तो ऐसी स्त्री को हराना मुश्किल ही नहीं न mumkin है। वक्त कितना भी लगे मुझे परवाह नहीं है मैं लडूंगी अंतिम सांस तक। और क्षत्रिय का धर्म है अधर्म के खिलाफ आवाज़ उठाना मैं बनूँगी आवाज़ हर उस employee की जिसके साथ इन्होंने गलत किया है चाहे कमल मिश्रा, शिवानी ठाकुर, शिल्पा तोमर, जूही, कीर्तिमान, विवेक, ऐसे नाम की लिस्ट बहुत लम्बी है…

मेरे फादर साहब बचपन में कहावत कहते थे…

Dear Management Team,

This is with reference to the ongoing proceedings before the Labour Authority.

Sent as a final reminder in continuation of my earlier communications.
On 25 February 2026, I was removed from the official work group, after which my services were practically discontinued. As per applicable labour laws, the Full & Final settlement is required to be processed within the prescribed time period after separation from service. However, till date, neither my Full & Final settlement has been cleared nor any formal communication has been provided to me.

Further, on 09 March 2026, when I visited the office as directed by the management, I was subjected to humiliating treatment and was compelled to leave the office premises, due to which I had to seek police assistance.
The matter is already under consideration before the Hon’ble Labour Commissioner, and as per the directions of the Labour Commissioner, settlement of my pending dues was expected
