DIGNIFIED SILENCE IS NOT WEAKNESS OR CULPABILITY:
For the last one year one Meenakshi Jha has been fooling and manipulating people on her social media that there is a case against me. Not only is she fooling people, she and her co-conspirators like one Jagisha Arora are manipulating people and trying to earn brownie points using my name. The fact of the matter is, she did file a fake case and tried to extort money ( 20 lakhs) from me. That case was dismissed by the court one year ago because the court caught the lies. An independent enquiry by an organisation in July this year, found she was lying and that organisation made a public post stating the facts and that there is no case against me. Yet, the audacity, shamelessness and entitlement of these upper caste swindlers continues on social media, using borrowed feminist vocabulary, to fool people.
To all the people who are buying this swindler’s story, there never was a case against me and there is none now. One can easily check on e-courts. The one she filed was not even entertained/ admitted by the lady judge. Being a woman does not automatically guarantee integrity, especially if one carries an upper caste entitlement ! The fact that these two, Jha and Arora, have been lying for a year, speaks volumes about their credibility.
I stayed quiet for a year hoping people like Meenakshi Jha and Jagisha Arora will discover some integrity but they have none. Ab public ka ullu to main nahi ban ne de sakta. Waise hi fake news ke bahut channels hain. Beware of people like Meenakshi Jha and Jagisha Arora.
After telling the court under oath that she (Meenakshi Jha) fears for her life from me, and asking for a restraining order, she landed at my place at 12.30 in the night. She was not allowed to enter by the security. I have the CCTV footage with date/time stamp, agar kisi ko chahiye. She is a classic example of an abuser playing the victim, trying to use her identity as a woman. What could have been her purpose of coming to my place at that hour? Take a guess and write in comments .
After this post of mine, jisko in criminals ke haathon manipulte hona hai aur bewakoof ban na hai to shauq se bane. Jinko nahi ban na hai wo dhyan rakhen – its ok to tell an abusive person to get out of your life, doesn’t matter if that person is a woman or a man. I politely told an abusive woman (Meenakshi Jha) to get out of my life and since that day my life became healthy and peaceful.

पिछले एक साल से एक महिला, मीनाक्षी झा, अपने सोशल मीडिया पर लोगों को यह कहकर बेवकूफ़ बना रही है और गुमराह कर रही है कि मेरे खिलाफ कोई मामला चल रहा है। वह सिर्फ़ लोगों को मूर्ख नहीं बना रही, बल्कि अपनी साथी जगिशा अरोड़ा जैसे सहसाज़िशकर्ताओं के साथ मिलकर मेरे नाम का इस्तेमाल कर सस्ते फायदे लेने की कोशिश कर रही है। सच्चाई यह है कि उसने एक फर्जी मामला दर्ज कराया था और मुझसे 20 लाख रुपये वसूलने की कोशिश की थी। वह मामला एक साल पहले अदालत ने खारिज कर दिया क्योंकि अदालत ने उसकी झूठी बातों को पकड़ लिया। इस साल जुलाई में एक संगठन द्वारा की गई स्वतंत्र जांच में भी साबित हुआ कि वह झूठ बोल रही थी, और उस संगठन ने सार्वजनिक रूप से यह तथ्य साझा किया कि मेरे खिलाफ कोई मामला नहीं है। इसके बावजूद, ये दोनों तथाकथित “अपर कास्ट” ठग सोशल मीडिया पर उधार की नारीवादी भाषा का इस्तेमाल करके लोगों को गुमराह करने की बेहयाई, धृष्टता और “एंटाइटलमेंट” दिखाते रहते हैं।
जो लोग इन ठगों की कहानी पर यक़ीन कर रहे हैं, उन्हें साफ़ पता हो—मेरे खिलाफ कभी कोई मामला नहीं था और अब भी नहीं है। यह कोई भी आसानी से ई-कोर्ट्स पर देख सकता है। जो मामला उसने दर्ज कराया था, उसे महिला जज ने स्वीकार तक नहीं किया। सिर्फ़ महिला होना ईमानदारी की गारंटी नहीं होता, ख़ासकर जब कोई “ऊँची जाति वाली एंटाइटलमेंट” लेकर चलता हो! बीते एक साल से झा और अरोड़ा लगातार झूठ बोल रहे हैं, यही उनकी विश्वसनीयता का सबसे बड़ा प्रमाण है।
मैंने एक साल तक चुप्पी साधे रखी, उम्मीद थी कि मीनाक्षी झा और जगिशा अरोड़ा जैसी लोग शायद ईमानदारी सीख लें, लेकिन इनमें वैसा कुछ नहीं है। पब्लिक का उल्लू मैं नहीं बनने दूँगा—फेक न्यूज़ फैलाने वाले वैसे ही बहुत लोग हैं। मीनाक्षी झा और जगिशा अरोड़ा जैसे लोगों से सावधान रहें।
अदालत में कसम खाकर यह कहने के बाद कि उसे (मीनाक्षी झा को) मुझसे जान का खतरा है, और मुझ पर रोक लगाने का आदेश मांगने के बाद, वह रात 12:30 बजे मेरे घर पहुँच गई। सुरक्षा कर्मियों ने उसे अंदर नहीं जाने दिया। मेरे पास उस घटना का डेट/टाइम स्टैम्प वाला सीसीटीवी फुटेज भी है, अगर किसी को चाहिए। वह एक क्लासिक उदाहरण है—एक अब्यूज़र, जो खुद को पीड़ित बताकर अपनी पहचान (महिला होने) का इस्तेमाल करता है। रात के उस वक़्त मेरे घर आने का उसका क्या मकसद हो सकता था? अंदाज़ा लगाइए और कमेंट में लिखिए।
मेरी इस पोस्ट के बाद, जिसे इन क्रिमिनलों के हाथों में पड़कर बेवकूफ़ बनना है, वह बने—जिसे नहीं बनना, वह याद रखे: किसी भी अब्यूज़िव इंसान को अपनी ज़िंदगी से बाहर निकाल देना बिल्कुल ठीक है—चाहे वह औरत हो या मर्द। मैंने एक अब्यूज़िव महिला (मीनाक्षी झा) से विनम्रता से कहा कि मेरी ज़िंदगी से दूर हो जाओ, और उसी दिन से मेरी ज़िंदगी शांत और स्वस्थ हो गई।
