जौनपुर की आरोपी जज रीता कौशिक ने इन बड़े मीडिया हाउसेज को भेजा लीगल नोटिस

जौनपुर | बेंगलुरु में कार्यरत एआई इंजीनियर अतुल सुभाष आत्महत्या केस में नया मोड़ आया है. यह मोड़ लेकर आई हैं जज रीता कौशिक.

रीता कौशिक ने तमाम मीडिया घरानों को कानूनी नोटिस भिजवाया है. जिनमें आजतक, दैनिक जागरण, अमर उजाला, एबीपी न्यूज, इंडिया टीवी और जी न्यूज का नाम शामिल है. इसके अलावा अन्य सभी को भी इंगित किया गया है.

जौनपुर के अधिवक्ता क्षितिज तिवारी के माध्यम से भेजी गई इस नोटिस में कहा गया है कि- आपके संस्थानों (उपरोक्त मीडिया समूह) द्वारा जज श्रीमती रीता कौशिक के खिलाफ अवैध, तथ्यहीन और अप्रमाणित समाचारों, वीडियो और तस्वीरों का प्रसारण और प्रकाशन किया जा रहा है, जो न केवल न्यायपालिका की गरिमा को गिराने वाला है, बल्कि भारतीय संविधान, विधि व्यवस्था एवं सुप्रीम कोर्ट की गाइडलाइंड का घोर उल्लंघन है.

Until an enquiry is ordered how will people come forward to complain?

Just see how they’re saying mere testimony isn’t proof to implicate anyone but these judges themselves treat mere testimony by a woman as gospel truth and presume that the man must be wrong.
