ग्रेटर नोएडा की एक सोसाइटी लेजर पार्क का बुरा हाल है। यहाँ के लोग पचास घंटे से अंधेरे में हैं। डीजी सेट भी पूरी तरह नहीं चल पा रहा। सोसाइटी में जो आंतरिक एओए है उसके नेता न तो कोई कारण बता पा रहे न वे ग्राउंड पर काम कर रहे। इससे निवासियों में आक्रोश है।
अंतरिम एओए के एक नेता राजेश कुमार जो एओए बैंक अकाउंट के सिग्नेट्री भी हैं, सोसाइटी से बाहर रहते हैं और आरोप है कि वो रिमोट कंट्रोल से संचालित करते हैं। कुछ माह में कई अध्यक्ष देख चुकी इस सोसाइटी के चौथे अध्यक्ष संजीव कुमार हैं जो न रेज़ीडेंट्स के किसी ग्रुप में हैं और न ही किसी रेज़िडेंट के सवाल को आंसर कर पाते हैं।
उल्लेखनीय है आम्रपाली की इस सोसायटी का निर्माण सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश पर कोर्ट रिसीवर ने पूरा किया। आम्रपाली के फ्रॉड से दुखी लोगों को बहुत देर में अपने अपने फ्लैट का हैंडओवर मिला। लेकिन वर्तमान में जो एओए सोसाइटी को लीड कर रही है उसके दो लोग आम्रपाली के कर्मचारी रहे हैं। यही कारण है कि इनके नकारा रवैये से लोग दुखी हैं।
यहाँ तक कोर्ट रिसीवर ऑफिस और एनबीसीसी भी इन निष्क्रिय एओए वालों से तंग आकर लिफ्ट हैंडओवर एकतरफ़ा तौर पर एओए को देने का फ़रमान सुना दिया। सोसाइटी के नाकारा और मूक-बधिर प्रबंधकों के कारण काफ़ी अराजकता की स्थिति है। बिजली संकट ने कोढ़ में खाज का काम कर दिया है और एओए नेतृत्व को पूरी तरह एक्सपोज़ करके रख दिया है।

पिछले चार दिन से dg और npcl की लाइट का ड्रामा चल रहा है सोसाइटी में क्यों धृतराष्ट्र बने बैठे है मठाधीश. जब जिम्मेदारी नहीं निभा सकते तो फिर गाली खाने को तैयार रहो सभी मठाधीश.

जब नकारा लोग सत्ता में बैठ जाते है तो वहां जी जनता का केवल राम ही मालिक होता है।वही हाल लेजर पार्क सोसाइटी की वर्तमान स्थिति का है
इन लोगों को रिजाइन कर देना चाहिए अगर थोड़ी बहुत भी शर्म बची है तो अगर इनका कोई लालच नही है तो क्यों जनता की गाली खाकर भी पदो पर जमे हुए हैं।क्यों पद नही छोड़ते क्योकी जनता की गाढ़ी कमाई के पैसों की मलाई जो मिल बांटकर खा रहे हैं। चोर चोर मौसेरे भाई।
एक AOA के सज्जन थे सायद उनकी इगो इतनी हार्ट हुई की बिखर पड़े कहने लगे हम क्यों गलियां सुनेंगे हम कोई तनख्वाह थोड़ी ले रहे है मेरा उन सज्जन को विनम्रता पूर्वक सुझाव है की अगर AOA में है तो तुरंत रिजाइन कर दे और इज्जत से रहे और लोगों की तरह वरना भाई सुनना तो पड़ेगा ही क्या करे भाई

Pichle 2 dino se jo bhi chal raha hai .. uspe AOA ko regular updates bhejte rehna chahiye tha without even thinking twice..logo ko agar ghar se bahar akar update lena pade to wo fir apne tareeke se hi poochenge..else how much time it is taking to resign from AOA position if you are so incapable of delivering the things.. but the inner greed of power n unnecessary egoes is making them bound with position.. seems like..any person who is living with family / kids will never ever compromise with security n other stuff.. lifts are the basic ones.. why inspection got derailed??
Associate of Amrapali (AOA) and Another Associate of Amrapali(AAOA) is miserably failed which can be seen by reaction of people staying there. They are paying and nobody is there to even answer and update the staus. They are right that they are not for getting abuse but they should clarify what are they for ???
Today myself experienced this instance of getting stuck in lift for 5 mins.. without light .. without network ..mujhe to yaha ka pata lag Gaya hai .. to I made myself calm to handle.. but it is life taking situations for any weak hearted person..
I really salute few selective residents who could convince dumb AOA to procure Kids play instruments and played pivotl role as a part of their committee. Above information is based on communication with close sources. But i expect ye log AOA ke साथ मिलकर बिजली पानी ke मुद्दे ko bhi resolve करें. 2 din me लोगों ने 600 Rs pay किया DG ke liye and kuch लोगों ko pay करने ki opportunity nai मिली.

Why people need to pay more on DG? Amrapali group is simply trying to spoil life of LP residents. I have never seen in any society that internal fault is rectified after 20 hours
Problem: VCL & NBCC not supporting the existing AOA because AOA not able to perform give any output to them not talking handovers, and we common people facing all this shit. In 2 days Lakh of diesel is used from our money. Now none of the lights are working. Not sure what’s going on. Even these people are not ready to leave this so others can solve the issue themselves. Such a helpless situation

In Maintenance office only one lady is stilling and she doesn’t have much update and she told me manager is also at DG area.even water pressure is coming very slow, lagta hain katam hone wala hain
4 hrs already passed without light. Both E & B clusters are without light, not even DG. Very frustating. When we asked in E tower group Rajesh ji left the group. Full of drama.
I understand that NOTA is useless and his team has one solution that leave the group as they don’t have solution.. Lift handover AOA ko ho चुका hai as per sources so now onwards अगर kuch bhi issue होगा w.r.t safety and operation of lift AOA shall be held responsible

Today in A2 lift one of the household lady worker got stuck for 20mins, she got saffocated …I swear if that is the case with me I would have dragged them in Police Station. ….sorry to say but this is height of stupidity height of ignorance ….from the day one our fight is for audit of all equipments and then take handover if this way we need to take handover than Adhoc was already playing their role why the hell they made us fool.
If AOA is showing such irresponsible behaviour then I am.sure people will stop paying one day. It is not their khazana rather public money
