अभिसार शर्मा और एबीपी न्यूज़ का कोर्ट में बचाव क्यों कर रहे हैं सीबीडीटी और आयकर विभाग?

टीवी एंकर अभिसार शर्मा और एबीपी न्यूज़ से संबंधित एक मेल भड़ास के पास के पास आया है। मेल में कहा गया है कि वित्त मंत्रालय एनडीटीवी और पूर्व केन्द्रीय मंत्री पी चिदंबरम को धन-शोधन घोटाले के मामले में बचाने के लिए एंकर अभिसार शर्मा और एबीपी न्यूज़ का अदालत में बचाव कर रहा है। जबकि ऐसा कोई नियम नहीं है कि सरकार करदाताओं के पैसों से निजी पार्टियों का, जो सरकारी के सेवायोजन में नहीं हैं, का बचाव करे।

पत्र में कहा गया है कि अपर आयुक्त आयकर एसआर सेनापति ने अभिसार शर्मा और अशीमा नेब के आय संबंधित एक मामले को पुनः प्रारंभ करवाया था जिस कारण दुर्भावनावश उनका तबादला कर दिया गया था। सेनापति ने इस संबंध में कोर्ट में वाद दायर कर कहा है कि उनका तबादला अभिसार और उनके वर्तमान नियोक्ता एबीपी न्यूज़ के दवाब के चलते हुआ है ताकि अभिसार और अशीमा का मामला बंद पड़ा रहे। पढ़िए मेल और संबंधित पत्रः

S.R. Senapati is an Additional Commissioner of Income Tax (ACIT) who got the Order of Rs. 43.3 Lacs of undisclosed income / expenses and tax-evasion of Abhisar Sharma and also got the assessments of Ashima Neb (IRS 99010) re-opened.

Senapati has been malfidely transferred on 15.04.2014 by then Finance Minister P. Chidambaram. This was done to remove him from the post where assessments of Abhisar Sharma, Sumana Sen, Ashima Neb, etc, are done.

Senapati has filed a case against his removal and has alleged that Abhisar Sharma and his present employer ABP News have acted dirty in getting his removal so that cases of Abhisar Sharma and Ashima Neb are closed.

CBDT and Income Tax Dept. have taken upon themselves to defend Abhisar Sharma and ABP News at the cost of tax-payers money and directed Government lawyer to defend them before Court. There is no provision in law whereby Government can defend private parties who are not in the employment of Government.
