विंग में कभी हेड बनाये गए पीयूष सिंह राजपूत ने संस्थान छोड़ दिया है। दिवाली के एक दिन पहले उन्होंने सभी ह्वाट्सऐप ग्रुप्स पर यह मेसेज किया है की वो कंपनी छोड़ रहे हैं।
पीयूष के पहले peoples samachar की वेबसाइट peoples samachar.in के नाम से चल रही थी। पीयूष ने आकर नयी वेबसाइट बनवाई। उनके काम को देखते हुए यहाँ कई वरिष्ठ लोगों को वेबसाइट से हटाकर प्रिंट में डाल दिया गया। लेकिन एक साल में ही वह राजनीति का शिकार हो गए। इसके अलावा संस्थान में सितंबर का वेतन अक्तूबर की 21 तारीख़ को आया। दिवाली का बोनस कौन कहे, संस्थान से एक कलम तक नहीं मिला। यहाँ वेतन ही मिल जाये इसी को कर्मचारी सौभाग्य समझते हैं।
ऐसा नहीं है कि कंपनी के पास पैसा नहीं है। लेकिन शायद नीयत नहीं है, जिसकी वजह से यहाँ के कर्मचारी हमेशा दरिद्रता में रहते हैं। इसी वजह से कंपनी में ख़ास तौर पर एडिटोरियल में लोग आना नहीं चाहते।

Hi all, today is my last working day in People’s Samachar (digital) , although this decision was not easy but better opportunities are knocking on the door. I am thankful to all those people who always supported me & gave the right advice/direction.
I feel immensely proud of the fact that finally I was able to complete the task of launching our new website peoplesupdate.com along with my team despite so many hindrances. Special mention to the digital team who is the backbone of the digital wing. Really this team works very hard (Keep it up guys & keep growing).
Heartfelt thanks to our Director Captain @Ruchi Madam Ma’am because your vision made it possible.Your vision & focus towards digital media & trust in employees is our source of motivation.Thankyou mam for being the only person whom I could reach out to for anything and everything. As an employee it’s very important that we get this kind of support.

People’s samachar always have a special place in my heart as it was my 1st organization ( and firsts are always special)
