Vibhu Agarwal owns “Ullu” and “Lattu” the companies involved in showing indecent and pornographic content through web series. Several FIRs have been lodged against Agarwal on charges of showing semi-nude, nude, pornographic content through web series.
But due to money-adjustment between officers of the Maharashtra Police and cyber cell, Agarwal is scot free. He has been exhibiting highly objectionable content leading the younger generation towards the ruin.
However, due to money deals with authorities, Agarwal is still absolutely untouched. Ullu shockingly exhibits 90 per cent semi-nude content while Lattu shows cent per cent obscene content. The Lattu Australia PTY Ltd is owned by Agarwal and on papers it is shown that its activities are controlled from Australia. But the staff of Ullu functions as a director, writer, actor, actress for both the companies and the films are uploaded through the server of Ullu.
The lattu’s India office is shown as functioning from Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh. However all its activities are being carried out from its Ullu’s office located opposite City Mall at Andheri.
Recently the Union Ministry of Information and Technology released a set of regulations-“Digital ethics 2020”. As per these rules, to publish an pornographic content is an offence. If the content is for the adults, then it can be viewed only by persons above 18 years with proper guidelines. However all the obscene content films / pictures are available freely for anyone above 12 years on Google Play Store. This means all the contents exhibited by Ullu are unauthorised, illegal and violate the regulations.
Raj Kundra, husband of actress Shilpa Shetty was arrested last year, although no company engaged in production of obscene content is registered in his name. His whats app chats were checked and since he had consented to the content, he was arrested.
However in the case of Agarwal a number of FIRs have been registered against him. Yet he is going strong with newer obscene content series every day. Yet he is still at large spreading the virus of obscenity throughout the country.
Ironically Agarwal is spreading the virus from the cultured soil of Maharashtra, which has a legacy of freedom fighters, saints and spiritual men. Agarwal has been bringing in bad name to Maharashtra. He is using the platform of Maharashtra to spread dirt across the country. . Yet all the agencies are silent. Why ?
