यादव सिंह प्रकरण : सीबीआई जांच आदेश का हलफनामा दायर

लखनऊ : यादव सिंह मामले में इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट की लखनऊ बेंच में सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता डॉ. नूतन ठाकुर द्वारा पीआईएल में आज महाधिवक्ता विजय बहादुर सिंह की अनुपस्थिति के कारण सुनवाई नहीं हो सकी. मामले में अगली सुनवाई 23 मार्च को होगी.

इस बीच डॉ ठाकुर ने पूरक हलफनामा दायर कर कोर्ट के सामने वित्त मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार का मुख्य सचिव, उत्तर प्रदेश को भेजा दिनांक 24 फ़रवरी 2015 का आदेश प्रस्तुत किया जिसमे भारत सरकार ने उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार से काले धन पर बने एसआईटी के आदेशों पर यादव सिंह मामले के सभी अभिलेख सीबीआई को देने के निर्देश मिले हैं.

हलफनामे में डॉ ठाकुर ने कहा कि उन्हें औद्योगिक विकास विभाग का दिनांक 14 मार्च का हलफनामा आज प्राप्त हुआ है जिसमे प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा बनाए गए जस्टिस अमरनाथ वर्मा कमीशन का उल्लेख तो है पर सीबीआई जांच के सम्बन्ध में एसआईटी आदेश और उसके पालन में की गयी कार्यवाही का कोई जिक्र नहीं है जो एक उल्लेखनीय तथ्य है.

Yadav Singh case- Affidavit on CBI enquiry order filed

Lucknow : The PIL in Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court in Yadav Singh scam filed by social activist Dr Nutan Thakur could not be heard today because of Advocate General Vijay Bahadur Singh not being able to appear in the Court. It shall be heard next on 23 March.

Meanwhile Dr Thakur today filed supplementary affidavit before the Court presenting the copy of an order dated 24 February 2015 issued by Finance Ministry, Government of India to Chief Secretary, UP which directs the UP government to provide all the documents related with Yadav Singh case to CBI, as per the instructions of Special Investigation Team (SIT) on Black money, formed on Supreme Court directions.

In the Affidavit, Dr Thakur said that she received the Affidavit of Industrial development department dated 14 March where the State government talks of Justice A N Verma commission but makes no mention at all of the CBI enquiry on directions of SIT and the steps taken in its compliance, which needs to be noted.
